Well, they may have low overhead, but if banned their business would have instantly been made illegal. I am a fan of what "used" to be the United States of America - basically the government is there to only provide a framework of opportunity to "pursue happiness". These people worked hard, took the risk and deserve to be rewarded for it - that was how we became a great country. Key word - was.

Yea, taxing bothers me too. Can't imagine the Sin Tax would apply to juices, but then again the goverment gots to get PAID! Tax on cigarettes it what like 90%... Whoever said 1cart=1pack of analogs is a goober. Lucky if go through 2 a day and I was a 8 analog a day smoker. More over, I would hate them to tax to that equation.

Hell yeah, the government is getting scared..
If everybody quit smoken and driken, they would go broke...

Hate to break the news but they are already broke. CA and IL are toast. I have said this for years and it is - fact. People are freaking out about the "PIIGS" - Portugal, Ireland, Italy, Greece and Spain. Uhhh yeah, that's great but CA alone has 5 times the GDP of Greece - and they are 100% BK - with or without "sin" taxes.

Point being, the motivation for the FDA to want to regulate ecigs is significant and it is all about money, IMO. The reality is even if they had won, it just kicks the can down the road a bit. CA and IL and at least 10 other states WILL be the biggest bailout in world history. Not even a debatable point.

I agree, awesome. But isn't it a bit ironic that it is awesome news when the US Constitution actually wins in court? lol. It should be winning every time - not "surprise us". Awesome or very disturbing, take your pick.

Definitely disturbing... and they'll find a way to tax e-liquids to death as soon as they can. I miss America.

It is definitely a positive. It means the FDA cannot just tell vendors they cannot sell them anymore period. But, being under tobacco laws presents some new challenges/problems. For one, big tobacco could easily step in with their trillions of dollars. Two, recent laws passed prohibit the mailing of tobacco products. There's a few others but these are the big ones. And expect to see some kind of taxation come aboard...
