A) We all know about alphabet soup bad guys, who are the alphabet soup good guys?

So far I've got CASAA, ECA, VC, ECF of course... others?


Also, I heard FDA appeal is in September. Is there a news article or source about this? Who will be arguing for e-cigs? Do we know the firm/company?

The appeal is still part of the SE/njoy lawsuit, so it will be SE/njoy lawyers arguing for e-cigarettes.

Also on our side, the American Association of Public Health Physicians (AAPHP). Dr. Joel Nitzkin was one of the parties to the Amicus Brief.
