I was experimenting with NiMH battery configurations and needed a spacer. I've seen a lot of good ideas out there, but I looked to what I had on hand, and came up with this. It's a 7.62X54R casing with the neck cut off low enough to stick a .357 Magnum casing into it. I covered the whole deal in aluminum foil, creating a nub for the positive end. It works like a champ!
