Your Vivi's are fine... if your going to spend the money on something else, Do some research, or go to a vape meet to see what others are playing around with...

I hate the taste of cartos, so i wouldn't recommend them. But who knows, you may like them...

If you want to try your hand at rebuildable geni-style tanks, there are units for $30 that you can play with.
no need for the $150 price tag, if you are unsure you will like it... And if you are in love with the setup, then get the ZAP.

I agree. Genis are not for everyone. Get a cheap geni and try it out first.

There are many things wrong with a LavaTube... But this is not the place to discuss that.

Calling something "chinese Junk" is not a cheap shot, I'ts a known fact.
I've bought and sold/tossed many PV's in my 36 months of vaping... and the market is flooded with crap now, more than it ever has been.

There are many things on my "do not recommend List" and the LavaTube is one of them.

If my opinion offends you, remember its just my opinion.

The OP asked about the provari as a replacement/backup for the already broken(2 months) VAMO.
The mention of LavaTube was made only because it was assumed to be VW as well as VV.
To my knowledge it is not, so I dismissed it and commented on the Provari....

The OP has made up their mind, so there is no need to drag on this thread.
There are many threads created to discuss and bash APV's we dont need another one.

You'll be happy with the Provari. It's a rock solid workhorse. Doesn't have all the latest fancy features but you can drop it and abuse it to your hearts content and it'll keep on chugging. I had a version 1 and it broke when the newer lower res cartomizers came in and than Provape replaced the board and it was problem free.

In the words of the infamous PBusardo. "I'm not a Provari Fanboy but I notice that I keep using my Provari while my friends go through mod after mod". [Not exact words but close]. Don't you worry you'll get at least a year to two off of the Provari. None of that break after two month Vamos cheapness.

Don't worry about all that Watts crap. Just start it out at the lowest setting and than keep going up a notch until you find the setting you like.

I just lost my Provari it disappeared.
I couldn't bear to buy another and deal with the pain if I lost it again. Too expensive

So instead I bought a
Itaste MVP and a Segelei Zmax. I figure one of these or both will be a hit?

But after owning a Provari, I recommend it very highly. I didn't buy another because of the boredom factor, belief that other devices might be catching up, finally because I'm careless and if I lose a $60.00 unit no biggie. But losing a Provari Ow Ow Ow

I would LOVE to upgrade to a nicer tank believe me ... But I am now BROKE! lol ;-)
Woop Woop!

There is a saying Penny Wise and Pound Foolish.
Over the lifetime of the Provari you'll end up saving money.

I've been there, It's still hard to look at that empty bank account. And if you have a Husband Wife or Girlfriend significant other who is keeping track of your bank account, just remember they will only make your life miserable for a little while and you'll have the Provari for a long while!

Geeeze... Cora just got into ECF last month... and ZAP's are already being thrown as recommendations....

Baby steps, people... baby steps!

Buzz don't you remember we went from dripping to carts to slotted carts to cleros to VN's in that time without the experience of others because the technology was changing every week.

True, but with geni-tanks you need to go through those steps to fully appreciate and respect a geni...
I just don't think the newbies of today, are prepared for the tough stuff. The advances in vaping are moving faster than some veterans are able to keep up with.

I rebuilt CE2's before I built Genisis tanks ;)

ok this is not harsh...Iv been researching the iClear30 tank and atty and it sounds to me like this is the setup you would like...fill n vape all day. Im a n00b also but I too want to fill n vape all day I almost bought the ProVari but then I saw the iTaste SVD and fell in love. I have pre-ordered. It comes with two iClear 30 tanks and replacement heads. All you need is juice and batteries and its good to go. Set it, and forget it ;)

I was warned by several people NOT to get the Provari - that "new things" were coming out very soon.

I totally get that, but at some point, you have to just say -- ok I know there is going to be a deluge of the latest and greatest. But I've heard enough about the Provari that I'm sure it will do just fine for me. Also, if I don't get set up on something that suits me soon, I run the risk of creeping back to analogs ... (which I don't want!) ...

As an aside, I'm still rocking (the original) iPhone and just got a my first microwave 2 months ago ... (Insert Luddite joke, here):D

BUZZ! I've been watching vids on the ZAP! This I can do!

So I'm guessing the benefit is the amazing, and full flavour of your e-liquid brought to life.

Either way, I'll give it a go ... it doesn't look too difficult and I have a few juices that I know would taste better in a better delivery mechanism - so I'm sold!
