Addiction juice warning

I had an odd experience with Addiction juice. I ordered over a hundred bucks worth of juice from them and was kind of freaked out when that thread started up saying there was no nic and it tasted funny, etc.

I didn't email them or anything because I hadn't even gotten my order yet. Then, I got an email from Paypal saying they had returned my money. I emailed them and asked why and they said when they went to the Post Office a couple of orders had been returned and rather than reship them, they were refunding the money. They said they just didn't want to hold the order up any longer.

Looks like I dodged the bullet.

I just rec'd their automated response email to me saying they got my email. Hopefully I'll get a good reply.

Wow Pam. You must have some good Karma. You did dodge the bullet. I just hope Shimmy and I have good outcomes. I was polite in my email so hope it ends well. If they went to all the trouble of a new site, I hope they want all their customers to be happy.

Now, I didn't vape any of it, so can't speak on taste, but I did touch the tip to my tongue and there was no nic tingle at all...like someone else posted, like kool aid. Smelled good but no nic taste, weak flavored kool aid sums it up. With them all being dark brown I didn't want to take any chances vaping....


someone also said if they make their own, how do we really know what's in it...I'll stick to reptutable people and next time wait for reviews before spending any money on new supppliers

Well I love Puresmoker, True Vapor, MyVaporStore, Totally Wicked, Dietsmokes, DigitalSmokeShop, and just had an amazing experience with Alternasmokes. I haven't rec'd my order yet from Alternasmokes but will rave when I get it. He was very fair and generous in my ordering process. I have only got juice from PS, TV, & TW but all have been good suppliers.

I realize I'm not well known here by any stretch. But so far I've never bad mouthed a supplier. I know there are 2 sides to every story and most suppliers want their customers to be happy. But this place concerns me with their product and response to Shimmy. Like I said, I'll reserve my big guns till I see what happens with Shimmy and I and anyone else who cares to share. I've just started my process with them.

There's a whole issue of trust here which would be solved if there were an easy way to test the nicotine content of a liquid for ourselves. Does anyone know of any easy-to-use kits which would indicate the strength and concentration of nicotine in a liquid, or do you need a mass spectrometer and a chemistry lab?

It's in areas like this that the FDA could actually be of some use.

Thats what must have happened to my second order. Since PP shot down both of my disputes. I got very lucky also.

Looking at my .... juice, Marlboro Menthol looks like strong tea and Super high addiction looks like cherry kool aid.

I almost ordered from this site today. I emailed them first to ask about their sample packs. Anyway, I think I will hold off now. They don't look to promising and I'm not into wasting hard earned money.

Update: I returned my bottles today, return receipt, requested. I emailed them again telling them I was returning my bottles and requesting a refund. I got a reply from Desiree @ Addiction. She seemed pretty upset. Apparently there is a discrepancy about the return ShimmyPrincess made to them. Shimmy is saying 1 thing, Desiree another. Shimmy has a copy of the email Desiree sent me since it was mostly about her. This is an unfortunate mess that I hope they can resolve. It was interesting that Desiree didn't address any of my concerns with their juice in her email to me, just comments about Shimmy's situation. Desiree did tell me I would get a refund which I do appreciate.

It's crazy that they are now telling people that their liquid was from China. I have an email from them, which states that they manufacture their own liquids so that they do not have to deal with customs... These kinds of lies make me nervous.

Has anyone who returned their bottles received a refund yet? I am sitting on a $100 worth of it and am wondering if I should mail it back.

We just lap it up, get our credit cards out and smoke the thing without any care or precautions.

The more this happens, the more governments will be forced to regulate and ban (like Canada) until regulation and prices are sorted out.

Yep, I'm surprised at the number of people that started tossing $50/$100 orders to this new/unknown company. Next time a new e-liquid company pops up, consider a 10ml sample first.
1. Don't fall for pretty pics of plants and fruit - its the internet.
2. A good way to get brown juice is to soak cigs in water...yuck!
3. Always return stuff with delivery confirmation. It only costs $0.75 USD.

Last, but not least, document your experience somewhere! BBB, ripoffreport.com, or yellowbot.com are great places designed to inform consumers of the good, bad, and ugly.

Well I stumbled upon the websites / juice owners thread in the relevant section and hopefully is not as bad as I feared. Lets see what happens as I am not convinced. sounds like they bought in Juice, not actually knowing what it was and passed it on.


This can only get worse. To be honest, what is to stop any of us mixing up a batch of PV and mixing some flavours and adding any old crap and marketing it for 1/2 price.

After a few hundred thousands of $, do a runner and .... the consequences because there are no regulations.


I feel we all need to be VERY careful before we rush out and buy stuff to vap.

Let us hope this supplier turns out to be good and we can all learn from it.
