Blame Youtube. They had some serious crackdowns a couple years ago on what rating you set for your videos. In some cases a one strike your out policy. I can certainly see some ANTZ reporting every video they could find and hoping they get shut down. That warning is just a cover my backside in case the poster of the video has to appeal a strike.

Yeah, she probably set that out of fear when all the crackdowns were happening?(That's a 2018 video.) I noticed her newer vids are not set to age restricted, though. She must not be scared anymore.

Yeah the timing is about right. I remember about that time even how to knit sort of videos had creators in a panic because YOUTUBE was setting such harsh penalties and not defining the criteria well with the changes.
