Most of us have overdone it on the nic. At the concentrations in
juice, unless you're drinking it, it passes in a couple hours. You probably haven't found your right nic level yet. I had a heck of a time finding mine.
The bad news is this probably won't be the last time. Here's what worked for me. I lowered my nic till I didn't have a problem with overdoing it (12 mg), that meant that I had a problem with craving sometimes. So, I kept an atomizer, a drip tip, and a bottle of 24mg with me. When I got a crave, I took off what I was using and put on the atomizer and dripped (put the drops directly in the atomizer and vape it till the taste falls off) three or 4 drops of the 24mg. The important thing to remember when doing this is that the nic doesn't hit as quickly when
vaping. So, after you drip those few drops, go back to your normal juice. After 10 or 15 minutes, your crave will probably have subsided. If not, try another round.
I used to do this 3 or 4 times a day. Now it's like 3 or 4 times a month but, I still do it.
