Hello guys,

I got my AGA-T+ earlier and I've been trying this thing to work. I already oxidized my wick which is a #400 and used a Kanthal A1 28 gauge for my wire. Now, Every time I tried to wrap the coil to the wick it wouldn't giving me a success wrap. I've been messing with it for about an hour already. re-wrapped 5 times, and everytime I'll check it to my Provari it gives E1 error. And every time I'm checking the atomizer ohms it says "LO" not the led light option but its all capital "LO" I'll post some pics for you guys to see it. What did I do wrong? I need help to get this running please. :(

Your top screw looks a little high so make sure it's all the way down and check resistance with a multimeter and definitely make sure the voltage is turned all the way down when you try again. If the resistance is too low your gonna have to make more wraps. I use 30g with 5 wraps at 1.5 ohms so I wouldn't think 28 would be too low but check

It looks like your wick may be too tall and causing a short by grounding out on the top cap. I trim mine even with the top screw.

Actually if the wick is thoroughly oxidized thats quite unlikely. But true, the wick is so tall it may even make the coil touch the top cap. OP should trim it.

E4 is a converter error. Check out the user manual here - its a $150 device, please read manuals for it: http://www.provape.com/v/images/ProVariManual.pdf

First trim your wick even to the center post. Also, it looks like you wrapped your coil directly onto your wick - this is ill-advised, in my experience. Look up the Petar K method for wrapping coil, gives you a beautifully wrapped coil. If you dont have a 2 mm drill bit ready, a standard qtip works perfect for the AGA-T+

Let the unit cool down (blow on it to quicken the process) then fire again at low voltage. Ideally it should start glowing from the middle out.

Yours looks ok, may have a top wrap hot spot from what i can tell.

I tweaked it a lil bit more and yeah it started glowing on the middle after that. Thanks a lot!
