I know that your wick can't "over perform", but has anyone else experienced where so much juice remains on the wick no matter how much you chain vape that you get an occasional drop pop off of the coil and fly right up the drip tip and into your mouth? Sounds like a pot of water boiling in there.

Or is it just me...

Is the top of your wick open? Volcanic action may be pulling liquid up too fast and blasting you. Perhaps pinch the tip so you don't have a cannon aimed at your throat?

Solid wick rolled with 1.5" x 3" 500 mesh.

I'm hitting it at 10w as that is the center line between flavor/TH/juice economy.

Can you see the problem firing it with the top off? When I fire mine with the top off, all of the spits go perpendicular to the wick, (sideways, if the wick is vertical). If you fire yours top off, can you see where the vertical spits are coming from? I have no idea what your problem is, just trying to help troubleshoot :).

Hi! I think your problem may be air incoming inside the tank. Just a little bit of air (no enough for liking) can do what you say. I had a similar problem but with the mini dud.

1.5" x 3" 500 mesh rolled solid, fills wick hole, tank fill screw in place. Any air going into the tank is going through the wick. I can lay my PV on it's side for a couple hours with no leaking.

Mine spits too, just never get any up the DT - #400 mesh about 1"x1.5" and 0.5"x1.5", coaxial style (thin wick inside main wick), 70/30 pg/vg juice. 28 awg kanthal 5/6 wrap showing 1.1 ohms under load, 0.9 ohms dry - burning at 3.5 volts on provari v2. I am getting less spiting after 3 days of moderate use...

i just got an aga t2 today and the guy told me the fill nipple screw isnt needed im getting alot of juice in my mouth when tilting and vaping is it because of the hole not being plugged?

That's usually caused by the wick diameter not filling up the wick hole and juice is simply oozing out into the tip and into your mouth. Either make a fatter wick, or simply don't tilt as much. If you find that you can't get a good vape unless you have to tilt it to the point that juice always dribbles into your mouth, definitely fatten up the wick.

Because the fill hole is on top when you're tilting wick down to keep it wet, juice usually won't dribble out the fill hole during vaping, just when you leave it sit on it's side. And the guy was right, the fill screw is best left off.
