My T7 arrived about a week ago, I love it, From the first build I've had no issues, dual coils, fill the deck with cotton, and vape! I do agree it is a bit of a pain to fill, having to use a syringe or needle bottle isn't that bad, but digging that screw out for every fill is annoying.

I also picked up the T5 which arrived yesterday, one thing really nice about these, they come very clean, so clean I didn't bother cleaning the T5 :O. Probably the main reason I only gave the tank section a quick rinse is that the T5 came prebuilt. The build is pretty nice, and has a huge wad of cotton, it vapes really nice, the prebuilt it arrived with came in about .7 ohms.

I love both of these, I have a long list of other atties, multiple Kayfuns, Taifun, Heron, Big Buddha, Russian, Oddy, penelope, Spheroid, ByKa, Ruzgar, Mirror, Aqua, Fogger V2, V4, on, and on... The T5, and T7 are near the top of my list, if not for the filling hassle, these would be near perfect. One thing I really like is the airflow, pretty nice!

I would still probably recommend a kayfun for first timers, or inexperienced users, but once you know the build basics these are great. Its probably experience, I think I learned the most experimenting with the Fogger V2, if you can build that thing, you can build about anything!

How does the airflow of the T5 compare to that of the T7? I'm considering a T7 also, but really appreciate the airflow quantity of the T7. Thanks!

The T5 is very close to the T7, I believe inlet, and airpath are the same, however, the draw on the T5 is slightly more restricted, probably due to the build, I have only used the build that the T5 comes with, so I do not know if it can be built to allow better airflow. The factory build on the T5 uses a huge wad of cotton, I suspect it is partially impairing the airflow, and accounting for the slight difference. Both have pretty decent airflow to me, I run all my atties wide open as that is my preference, and these are probably the nicest draw of all my devices.

I prefer the looks, of the T5, height is almost the same, the major difference is the T5 is setup for native single coil, which makes it an easier build as well.

One thing I don't care for on the T5 is the cap over the build deck, it is very short, and highly polished, I'm a pretty strong guy, and I had a bear of a time getting it off for the first time, I imagine add the lube qualities of juice and its going to be annoying to remove.

So, I've NEVER had a leaking issue on my T7 and I've rebuilt mine several times.

My trick is to just make sure and spread the cotton out evenly all the way around the bottom & inner sidewall of the deck and I never use anywhere near as much cotton as what's pictured above. I'll need to post a few myself to show what I'm talking about, but from what I've gathered there is a small gap between the bottom of the chimney cap and the top of the deck as well as holes in the bottom of the sidewall (under the o-ring) and as long as you fill this small gap all the way around you won't leak.

I run a dual 24g setup, but I can't remember how many wraps. I think about 8 or 9 maybe.

Mine doesn't leak either. I use CelluCotton, Rayon fibers, NOT organic Cotton.
