According to the MayoClinic:

The nicotine in cigarettes causes narrowing of the blood vessels in the outermost layers of your skin. This impairs blood flow to your skin. With less blood flow, your skin doesn't get as much oxygen and important nutrients, such as vitamin A. Many of the over 4,000 chemicals in tobacco smoke also damage collagen and elastin, which are fibers that give your skin its strength and elasticity. As a result, skin begins to sag and wrinkle prematurely because of smoking.

Probably not what you wanted to hear. But vaping is better than smoking. Good argument for 0 nicotine e-juice.

Nicotine itself is a vasoconstrictor, so therefore less blood flow to your skin means increased risk of developing wrinkles. Now for 0 nic liquid, I don't know enough about the other ingredients. Propylene glycol should not cause wrinkles in accepted doses,

Also the compounds in tobacco smoke break down collagen, but I would say it is the heat from combustion as well as smoke itself that cause most of the physical damage with analogs. So therefore, although unproven. Your skin will be way better off with an e-cig.

And the previous post is dead on. I just added like 1% to it and confirmed it. lol.

Honestly, I'm wondering if the effects of nicotine alone would be terribly noticeable. Caffeine is also a vasoconstrictor. Although it is true that most of us don't drink coffee as much as we smoke.

I could see nicotine dulling the skin, and slowing the rate of cell replacement slightly. But serious skin damage from nicotine alone? I wonder if any studies have been done on that, since most of us are familiar with nicotine in the form of cigarettes.
