I also put the Vivi Nova BDC Glassomizer on it with my 5 Pawns Queenside! Amazing.

Hardware upgrade makes a day and night difference! I'm happy. OMG.

I also realized I need to drop the mg of nicotine I vape at. This is too high. The HH.357 dripping atty is delivering the nicotine and full flavor of my juices.

P.S. now that I have experienced dripping...I don't think I can use a tank anymore... LOL

Well ok as far as building goes I started by rebuilding coils for my pro-tanks, I use 32 ga a-1 kanthol with 3mm silica for that. That's what I started with, and my builds are around a 2.0 to 2.5 ohm coils, which is a good range for the provari. As far as taste goes they are very simular for my kayfun, and my dripper, I can't say that one is better then the other. I tried using the silica first, in my kayfun, and I had a hard time getting flavor with silica, (I don't know why) I kind of want to try the silica again, but I switched to using cotton, and the taste is great, but changing the cotton wick is not easy, I destroyed a coil today trying to do that. I have not tried the micro thing yet, but if I did I would try doing a dual coil configuration so my over all ohms is not to low. I did a 7 wrap on a 1/16" wire today and ended up with a 2.5 coil, and I have my volts at 4 right now.



One thing I would like to add is the Kayfun lite, really creates a cloud of vaper, I was driving with it the other day, and I almost couldn't see the windshield.

Are you placing the cotton THRU the coil or UNDER it?
I place mine under the coil making sure no cotton is blocking the sides (open end) of the coil.
When it's time to change just lift the coil a hair, remove old, put in new and lower the coil back down on top of the cotton.

60 secs and you're back to vaping.

I use micro coils that ohm out at 1.6 - 1.8 with 28G Kanthal.
Cotton is so cheap I couldn't imagine buying silica again and it taste better.

Congrats, I've only had mine since yesterday but I know what you're feeling! Speaking of Alice, have you tried 'twas Brilling and 15 Foot Falls? My two favorites from there and compliment the setup nicely.

I see an IBTanked pyrex cartotank in your future, too. Even the Chinese are discovering the vape goodness of a Provari and an IBTanked. http://www.ibtanked.com/

I found it amusing that OCD (the tankmaster of IBTanked) made the remark of having a business arrangement with a Chinese supplier and that he has supplied a 1000 tanks just this summer to China so that they can have something to pair with their Provari's.

It still blows me away that y'all sell e-cig products TO China. Don't know why, but that just strikes me as pretty freakin' awesome!

They had to have something to pair with the Provari. We just shipped our third order to them. That makes about a thousand tanks this summer. We are hopeful that things will pick up in that market, our customer over there is very motivated.

Also I like my vapor to be cool. Its too warm I keep putting the 1.8 ohm at 3.4ish volts for cooler vapor but the flavor taste better at 4... Ugh I'm confused

I prefer a cooler vape, too. Using a higher resistance atty should help to achieve a cooler vape.

Using a longer drip tip might also help; the longer distance that the vapor travels from the coil to your mouth allows the vapor to become cooler. A quick fix that I use is one of the below longer length tips from Pink Spot or My Freedom Smokes:

I wanted to try the silica figure 8 configuration when I tried it again, I have an ample supply of both cotton and silica, so it not really a issue. I am just taking a slow approach, to the coils and wicks, mabe next time, I will try something different.

I use sterile cotton gauze from CVS or Walgreens. Make sure it's sterile. Been using it for my micro coils in my reomizer. Works great and a roll of it will last a really really long time.

I only change my coil/cotton in my Trident to give myself something to do.
When I bought my 1st RBA I got mesh, silicia and something else; just don't remember right now what it was.
Who'd wuda thunk I could've saved money on all that other stuff and just bust out a bag of cheap cotton balls.

I got my Provari Mini yesterday, and I agree! Very smooth vape with my Kayfun lite, AGR carto tanks and vivi Nova's! Flavor and vapor production are awesome! Looks like we're two very apply ladies!

It's much more complex than that. Seriously, I was really worried that I'd hate it and that I'd wasted my money before I even received it. At first, it was just a strong anise/black licorice flavor, but after a few days of steeping it turned into a whole different animal and all the other subtle flavors came out.

But to get back on topic...I just dropped a lot of $$$ on a mechanical mod after I dropped my Sigelei Zmax V5 a few weeks ago. The Zmax still works, but now there are button issues/misfires.

I hate to say it, but I may just have to give in to the hype and eventually pick up a Provari to replace the Zmax. GAWD I hate feeling like a lemming, but I DO appreciate quality stuff. I'm definitely going to try to hold out until the Provari V3.0 is released, though!

If a 3.0 should come ever out, great, but in the meantime I'm enjoying my pair of minis!
