This just describes what the OMB did to the original regs they reviewed before the April release. I don't think the fact that the FDA originally wanted much more restrictive rules a sign that the final rules after public comment will be any better for us than the version they released.

Hiya YCY and Mozzer -- I'll not muttle up the thread with my response as this whole doom is on thing I'm trying to steer clear of for a bit. My blood pressure can't take it really. But here is my last thread on the subject if interested in my thoughts.

The house blends had been on the chopping block for awhile. I remember reading something to the effect that the owner was generally unhappy with them, maybe a year or more ago.

And as far as the customization, that was addressed a while ago when chanelvaps posted a response from A+ stating that due to the forthcoming regulations and having to file new paperwork for each flavor and each change to a flavor's mix, it would be cost-prohibitive to continue the personal flavor tweaks.

They must still be keeping profiles for those they already had set up - because my flavors are definitely profiled.

What's the point of the feedback e-mails if they aren't still profiling us (currently)?

I get that it could change in the future. I'm hoping we (the vaping community) are successful at preventing these deeming regulations. And I get that they may not wish to build new profiles now.

But I think it's all these sales (which I'm not complaining about), that makes me wonder if I should be worried and should be stocking up and this is their opportunity to let us stockpile?

They've been doing these random discounts since Nov, or around the time of the new website, as I recall. I don't think its a sign to stockpile, altho the pessimist in me says its not such a bad idea. They've been doing these random discounts since Nov, or around the time of the new website, as I recall. I don't think its a sign to stockpile, altho the pessimist in me says its not such a bad idea. Got my feedback coupon code today. Placed an order, and there was already a coupon code there for a higher amount ( 25 % ). Does this mean i can't use my feedback coupon ? Not that i am complaining, but i have seen you guys posting about stacking.

Eh, sorry, I don't do the referring people to Ahlusion. I don't care either way whether they continue to personally profile. I've liked almost every liquid I've tried in their customary mix, for a myriad of reasons -- fresh out the box, due to aging, or me creating a build that best suits the liquid. I feel like they know what they're doing and I wouldn't ask a gourmet chef to please leave out or accentuate an ingredient in a dish.

I can see this both ways. But like Blacks, I'd pretty much be happy with XPress mixes of everything. Might be an issue for those with the need for extreme PG/VG ratios though.

You can use it. Look at how much is taken off before you add your coupon. After you add your coupon, the discount will be even higher than the 25% off.

We still got 2 years or so before any regulations are implemented dear friend. It will take them that long even after they rewrite them to suit BP and BT. If that even happens. After that we shall load a big rig up and head north to Michigan!

Well hey, I just consulted my magic 8 ball, and it says you definitely need to place a big order today. Whether we're doomed or not, its a really good deal and hopefully a big supply would give you some peace of mind.

Yeah, I wasn't referring to the PG/VG ratio, though. I was trying to say mainly in terms of flavor intensity and profile, I like 90 percent of their juice the way Wlad intended for it to leave Ahlusion. I voice if I'd like something different in liquid in feedback emails. I figure if enough people have the same opinion, it will change.

My first foray into Ahlusion NET's. I have been happy with HHV and MOV as far as NET's go, but hey after over a year of using the same vendors, time to try something new. If GoodeJuice offer a Fourth of July sale, i will order a few from them as well, otherwise my juice purchases will be over for the rest of the year ( i don't care how many coupon codes and sale codes i can stack, and this time i mean it for real )

No need to get nervous. I shoot pool with Russ from the Click Bang podcasts. He is very involved with Casaa and he has a lawsuit against the NYC ban as well. He told me that the very earliest these regulations could go into effect is 18 to 24 months. If there are lawsuits, which he guaranteed will be the case, we are looking at three to four years. That is, if the lawsuits are unsuccessful. The reason for all these sales, is likely the increased competition.

I thought I was gonna have to pass on today's sale because my feedback coupon hadn't arrived yet, but then, like magic, it showed up on my inbox.

So I ordered 30ml of Peppermint Bark, 10ml Lemon Cream, 10ml Mango Lassi, and 10ml Cherry Cola. I also requested a sample of Bananas Foster. Saved more than $15 in this order. I kinda feel guilty about it like others here do, but screw it, I'll get over it.

That is a good point Mazinny. But the primary concern is what Wlad thinks will happen and how he will choose to position his business ahead of time to be best prepared. He doesn't strike me as the type of person who sits around waiting for something to happen and then decides what to do. Especially given what I've learned recently about profiles.
