i'm finding that i'm not getting a ton of flavor in some. guess hot water steeping isnt working. just waiting is better?

i love the blueberry vanilla cake. but again its pretty subtle.

i'm vaping on a provari v2, and trying different voltages but yah not alot of flavor.

ooh one more question. of the creams. besides lemon what would you suggest? how is the raspberry? do they have blueberry? guess i better go order some more stuffems. let me know about the creams if you can. thanks evewybody!!


Oh one more big question: what makes the flavor come out more in most juices a higher pg? or vg?

I wouldn't use hot water to steep. Heat can kill the flavors. It's recommended that you keep your juice in a cool, dark place. Shaking does more for steeping.

What are you using on your Provari? I use carto tanks and get all my juice in 30VG/70PG. You get more flavor the higher PG. If you are using a carto or EVOD type on your Provari then I would go with the 30VG/70PG. If you're dripping then go with 50/50.

I wouldn't add sweetener to any of the flavors you ordered.

Just placed my order all 60s except for a sample size of Lemon Lime Breeze (asked for less than breeze) and a request for a sample of Strawberry Colada. I got 2 Lemon Cream, Bananas Foster, Sweet Surrender, and Piña Colada. I've been vaping Lemon Cream a lot.

I received my last order yesterday, which included Star Dust. Because the description of this juice on the website actually mentioned it having a "Breeze" level of coolness, I went ahead and ordered it with the "Breeze" option.

Did this result in "Double Breeze"? I ask because, upon opening the bottle, I got this tremendous delicious whiff of Blueberries!! -- but when I test-tasted it a few hours later (mind you, this IS FOOB), all I got was Breeze with perhaps a hint of Blueberry in the distant background.

Does the Breeze recede, and the Blueberry take over, after steeping? And if so, about how long would you suggest? (I'm looking at YOU, Sirius! )

oh bucket list, am i glad you answered too. i was going to go all 10vg/90pg, is that too high? i'm using the vivi nova tanks, original ones 1st or 2nd version. and i wouldnt doubt if i subtle'd my flavors by doing the hot water. i did it like 8 times per juice. not sweetened eh?

Do you see what you've started with this flavor? Lol. Wlad is probably wondering why everyone is ordering it like it is a brand new flavor! I'm still craving it and I finished my sample weeks ago. Going to order 60ml today. I missed all the sales last week with moving and was waiting for the 4th of July sale to start. I had no interest in trying it and never would have without your review. Thank you for introducing me to a new favorite flavor!



I love the Mocha. It's my favorite coffee and chocolate flavor. I do get it sweetened since I prefer both sweeter. In an EVOD it has more chocolate flavor but in a carto tank it has more coffee. I finally decided on the Nautilus for it where the flavors are equal.



I believe it is from online purchases but the problem is much bigger than just the vaping community. The general consensus is that a processing server is compromised. I do know that it isn't Ahlusion since I use my Visa debit card there half the time and it has never been compromised.




Which three did you try? I can't stand any of the commercial fruit flavors so I hated fruit flavors until I found Ahlusion. A lot of the time choosing sweetener means that a sweeter flavor of the fruit is used in the juice. Ahlusion makes many different variations of each flavor. It sounds like you would have preferred the flavors you tried with sweetener. Many of my favorite flavors require sweetener to make them perfect for me.

Also, I don't think Ahlusion is having any problems staying competitive in the market. There aren't many vendors that make most of their own flavoring. If they wanted more business it would make more sense for them to start advertising. Ahlusion operates with a business model that is hard for a lot of people to understand. Actually most of us don't understand it but I respect them for doing what is right for them.

I didn't know it was you who started the banana fosters craze. A heartfelt thank you. It was the last of the ten Ahl flavors i tried a full tank of, and it is my second favorite ! really really nice !!

I disagree with you on the fruits however. Well, somewhat at least. I also don't like the commercial fruit flavors and have probably mentioned a number of times that out of dozens i have tried, i have reordered only one fruit flavor. Ahlusion reminds me of HHV in their handling of fruits. They manage to capture the essence of the fruit very well, and do a great job capturing the tartness. Not the sweetness though imo, at least in the ones i tried. I have actually tried four of them. Cocoberry Cream, Raspberry Cream, Lime Cream and Jump'n'Jive. The one i thought the best was Lime Cream, probably because there is so little sweetness in a real lime to begin with. Raspberry Cream thought was ok and it captured the tartness of raspberry well, but raspberries have fructose in them too ! Junp'n'jive i just couldn't vape. To me it was a fruit punch with literally all the fructose sucked out and replaced with lime !

I don't think i said Ahlusion can't stay competitive in the market. I was commenting on how people were interpreting all the sales as a sign of doom, and thought that it more likely has to do with increasing sales. My point was that at their price level, there are many more quality vendors now than the last time i sampled juices extensively ( early 2013 ). I just thought it a little funny how from a bunch of sales, we arrived ( through implications, innuendos, rumors and such ) at the conclusion that Ahlusion is gonna end online sales ! kind of reminded me of high school, how these things took life of their own. There were even people jumping in the thread implying Vlad has financial difficulties, is reneging on business ventures etc ... My point was that it's just a business decision !

Edit : I actually believe that random unannounced sales, are a genius marketing strategy especially for a company with a core, dedicated following. I for one, purchased juice that i didn't need and had no previous intention of purchasing !! I even gave kudos to their marketing consultant, if they have one

Yum strawberry vanilla cake is even better than I remember. Vaping out of my taifun with a 1.6 ohm cotton wick microcoil and the flavor is fantastic. Its very very creamy and almost has a buttery aftertaste. The fiancee is loving the smell as I cloud up our room with it.

Go with Bukket5's advice on the 30 VG / 70 PG.

Of the Creams my preference in order are; Lemon Cream, Lime Cream (After it sits for 4 Weeks) and tied for preference with Pineapple Cream (Sweetened), and Raspberry Cream.

Note the Only One to try Sweetened is the Pineapple. You can try it Unsweetened like I did but I prefer it Sweetened.

Do not Sweeten any other is my suggestion.

Still have 15 ML's of Lemon Cream to polish off .

You have a few questions so let me try and answer the ones above. Sweetner the way Wlad does it does not enhance the flavor. In most cases he readjusts the mix of the various components so for example if a given juice already has a "sweet tone" that gets boosted and others get lowered. Their is of course a limit to a given mix as he also wants to maintain the integrity of the basic flavor. A delicate and artful procedure accomplished with great skill and talent. Next, the default "mix" is for a dripper. If you are using a clearo like a PT2 or a T2 these delivery devices mute the flavor. I'm not sure if he still lets us adjust the mix which is NOT a flavor shot. Or profiling for your delivery devices for a given mix given the FDA issues. Perhaps others can help with that?? In the past instructions in your order like "Increase the Banana tone to the MAX without destroying the juice" were great for boosting the flavor of the dominant tone. Having said all of this and subject to the approval of the "Clan" I would generalize a bit and say that many of the mixes are understated which is quite appealing to the enablers/juice snobs in this thread /lol

Hmm, that makes a lot of sense. TT pear and Banana Fosters were delicious, but i couldn't help but think to myself i wish i got a little more flavor ! I guess i have to bring the drippers back out, as much as i hate using them.

yeah i generally order my NET's at 70/30 pg/vg and other flavors at 50/50. I think i will order all Ahlusion at 70/30 or 30/70 i should say !

I do not think most are strong enough FOOB and I can tell a distinct diff 3 weeks down the road. I plan ahead and leave everything alone for 3 weeks. was very hard at first but not anymore because I am way ahead of the game

We had other reasons for assuming that something might be up. The regulations that could come upon on would make it very difficult for any vendor to stay in business. Getting each and every flavor with every nicotine level approved is so much money it is mind boggling. I say COULD happen. I do not think any of us are being alarmist's by acknowledging that things might not be this easy in a few years.
Everything I have seen so far tells me the owner of this company is very smart. Things are very well thought out. From how much chit chat he engages in (not) to the way he set up the flavor profiling. That being said I am not the least surprised that we are not made aware of what is to come for AHL. He would be foolish to announce anything that might be in the works for fear of having it sabotaged, copied, derailed. Whether it is in our best interest or in just his and his families we will not know until the time has come. We can all just be thankful that he conjures up his magic wares for now and sells them to us on random sales

No not just you. Although I have to tell you, when it comes to AHL liquid I did stop using t2's and Vivi Nova's and went for a Taifun. Much better taste. (that and a three week steep)

I hear you Chanel, i also have stated a couple of times that Ahlusions current way of doing business could not survive in the future regulatory regime. Any vendor hoping to compete must pare down the number of selections and amount of customization. Made to order juices will be a thing of the past. Batch made juices in huge volume will be the only way to survive. Think express line on steroids.

I don't think any vendor with their current customer base could survive. Maybe nJoy, DeKang, Hangsen, MBV and a couple of others at best. Big Tobacco will also jump in once they realize there is no future in cigalikes, as nJoy seemingly has done already and hedged its bets.

As much as i would love the smaller, more boutique like vendors to survive, i must be realistic and admit the odds are stacked against them.

But i still don't get the connection to the increase in random sales, that Ahl always has had. To me all that means is that they want/need some increased immediate cash flow, at he expense of future cash flow.

I got some Fijian Nights a few weeks ago, as soon as I tried it I went and ordered a 60ml bottle! It's the only 60ml bottle I've bought from Ahlusion. It tastes just like a fresh tropical fruit salad. It's my favorite Ahlusion flavor by far, and that's saying something!

I haven't tried the Blueberry Vanilla Cake, but I love the Strawberry.

I think the Raspberry Cream is the only cream I haven't tried. Coco-Berry Cream is my favorite, it has (cue trumpet fanfare, angels singing) TOASTED COCONUT! (end trumpet fanfare, fade angels singing). Nobody does coconut like Wlad!
