If you set your Coolfire to wattage, you'll never have to worry about voltage and resistance. Just pick a low wattage setting (like 8-10 for a standard atomizer or 15-18 for a subohm one), then start turning it up till you like the vape.
If you use voltage, the numbers mean nothing without doing the math with the resistance of the atty. Wattage makes it easy. If you change what's on top of the mod, it automatically reads the new resistance and delivers the correct voltage to give you the same amount of power.
There is no right or wrong amount of power -- just what you like and what you don't. If you experiment with wattage, you'll find a range that feels right with whatever type of atty or tank you're using.
I won one of these in a contest and no one ever said anything about washable coils. The guy sent me a link t where I could buy coils and they were not washable
Hey, this is a heads up to this group only. Please don't go spreading this all over the place!
NJoy.com has the Vapor Shark rDNA40 mod (with a high-amp LG battery included) for $129.99. But when you log into the site, you'll get (or I did anyway -- last week and today) an offer for 40% off your purchase. That makes the mod just $78, which is an amazing deal for a really well-built TC device. It's the new version of the DNA40 too, with the large, easy-to-read screen. Even if you don't care about the TC feature, as I don't, it's a terrific mod for that price.
Again, please keep this local.
Even though I bought one a few weeks ago I went ahead and bought another. No such thing as too many back ups eh? I just realized this will not come with the shark skin like my other. I will have to get another skin because that makes so much easier to hold and not dropHey, this is a heads up to this group only. Please don't go spreading this all over the place!

GlacierBabe- I've had my Cool Fire IV for a couple months now and love it! I had a used istick 20w before that and a Nautilus Mini. Love the way it feels in the hand, the on/off switch on the bottom and it's not overly big. I use the iSub regular (plastic) and G tanks on it at 23 to 25 watts with about all my juices; seems to be my sweet spot across the board. Most of my juices are 50/50 or 70vg/30pg. I haven't had any issues out of the mod or tanks. A 5 pack of coils for under $10 is what sold me on those tanks and they were recommended to me from several people. The coils last a long time for me as well. The Nautilus worked good on it too but I enjoy more airflow now. If I had to do it over again I wish I could have started with that mod hands down; although it wasn't available at the time. It being so easy to use and plenty of room to grow with all the different tanks, IMO its a great starter mod. Enjoy!
Thanks for sharing Y Cherry.. So very proud to be a part of this group that has such thoughtful members.Hey, this is a heads up to this group only. Please don't go spreading this all over the place!

LOL...Welcome back Jerms. One new one since your last visit. "Pure Apple"Yeesh, take a small break from the online vaping scene and come back to a foreign language. Kids today with their poodle fluffing and mud rumping![]()
Almost out of Ahl, looking in to see if any new juices are being discussed. I saw Mann mention King Pin, which according to the site isn't that new but it must have slipped under my radar. I like that unique flavor profile type on occasion. From my last order, Rick's Request ended up disappointing me. I LOVED it for a couple sessions, but then for most the bottle I found it dull and uninspiring. I wonder if I only love it fresh, I may pick up another bottle to find out. Winter Wild Wood surprisingly had legs for me, appreciated it more each session.
I ordered from ITCVapes on Labor Day and been sampling since yesterday after a few day steep. I'm enormously impressed by this company. I didn't know such well crafted juices could be got for that cheap. These are the types of creamy vapes I've been craving, and just spot on to my preferences. Milk, Custard #3, Puddin #9 are home runs. Spoon Licker OG and V2 are grand slams. OG is like Mother's Milk but much better strawberry. Just started on Mach 10 and the coffee has a very similar profile to Ahl's Kent's and JG, ie delicious.
ITCVapes was recommended by a few people I trust. The uber cheap price point had me skeptical. I think it was in this thread was the recommendation that moved them up, so whoever that was, thanks! (Lois maybe?).

@jrenae4 has that one I think but hasn't commented on it yet. It's Apple so I'm sure she adores it.
