The water thing is so true but I take it as a good thing. Even at 70VG I am drinking about 2-3 liters of water a day.

Another point to show that vaping is not bad for your health LOL It has us all drinking water!

I have the Coolfire IV and I love it. It is really easy to use and the nice thing is that it can be used for both subohm and tootle puffing. :D

OMGosh that is such great news. I just got mine today. What tank do you use on your's?

I've been vaping for more than 3 years on the same equipment. Literally in some cases LOL I just had 2 different Volt batteries vent in my hand while I was vaping them. They made a loud hissing noise and a horrible ammonia smell came from the bottom. I use the charger that came with them so they were charged correctly. They went into the trash immediately. I thought it was time for an upgrade. LOL My husband met a guy vaping a Coolfire IV and he told me about it. They man had nothing but good things to say about the unit and he had only been vaping a year. So I checked them out, read the reviews, ask some questions here and decided to give it a try. I won't deny I am a little nervous but I will scour the user's manual and do what you suggested, which is talk to some folks here that I know won't steer me wrong or that have one of these themselves. Everything came in today. YAY!!!

I have 2 Cool Fire IV's now and I really like them. They are solid devices and put out a good vape. I also have several IStick which I also use daily and like, but something about the Cool Fire IV's seems more solid. I stopped using my X2's about a year ago when I got my ISticks. I think you will e real happy with the Cool Fire IV.

I hope so because I bought 2 of them. Silver and Black. I am using an iSub G tank. What tank do you use? I also bought 2 Eleaf iStick 40W with the Nautilus tank. I just got them today and I'm looking at the user manuals right now. :) So glad to hear that folks like the Coolfire IV. It is set at 4 V right now and I have heard to start low and go up until you find the sweet spot. I'm trying to figure out if you can wash the coils in this iSub G tank.

I use GS Air M's and MS on my Cool Fire's right now. I am a tootle puffer. The GS Air's put out plenty of vapor for me and the flavor is pretty good. That said I have ordered 2 regular ISub tanks to go with the Innokin Defender that is also on order. We will see if I like them when they get here though.

Right now I'm using the subtank mini on it, but I've used the Nautilus and GS-M Air too...they all worked just fine on it!

Do you know if you can wash the coils in the iSub G? Someone had posted that there are coils you can get for this tank that are washable.

Let me know what you think. These are my first ones. I am sure I will try some different tanks as time goes on. I've heard good things about the Defender. Might try that one next

I don't know. I have one of those on order, but haven't received it yet...maybe someone else who has that tank can answer that for you. However I do know those coils are relatively cheap compared to some of the other subohm ones out there.

Thank you Sirius. I think I have a whole new taste experience coming with my new setup. I might even find that I like things I didn't before :)
Glacier... It's all in the gear hon. Some will argue wattages and that does make some difference but 20 watts is plenty with these juices. I've vaped them everywhere from 15 to 80 watts but the gear? Yeah that's what matters and a good flavor coil. Twisted 28ga or single 26. I do both @ around .6ohms.

Right now my Coolfire is set at 4 V. I'm still learning about the volts/wattage stuff. First thing I have to do is find some juice that is 6nic. I'm digging feverishly LOL All my stuff is 12 and I don't want to ruin my first experience with too much nic. All my AHL juice is 12 as well :( I thought I would start with the settings it came with and adjust as I learn. Thank you so much for your help. :)

I have limited knowledge of all the different VW and TC mods out there. I only bought the Sig100 watt to confirm that yes,..dripping with a mechanical produces the best flavor " for me". And dripping upside down in a squonker even better. Some like VW better,..some TC just like you will have difference of opinion with wicking materials. Some like ... Cotton,..others Rayon..You will find what is best for YOU. Not me or anyone else.
Good plan with VV/VW is to start low and work your way up. But however we vape them we all tend to agree. Ahlusion is the best out there. Your search for a really clean flavorful and "SAFE" Juice ends here.

Placed another order last night. I couldn't quit thinking about Drewdles LOL So I ordered a 30 ml of Cantal-Berry and then grabbed a sample of Drewdles, Fijian Nights, Pineapple Creme and Crescent Moon. It's going to take a while to get them all tested but I can hardly wait for them all to arrive.

If you set your Coolfire to wattage, you'll never have to worry about voltage and resistance. Just pick a low wattage setting (like 8-10 for a standard atomizer or 15-18 for a subohm one), then start turning it up till you like the vape.

If you use voltage, the numbers mean nothing without doing the math with the resistance of the atty. Wattage makes it easy. If you change what's on top of the mod, it automatically reads the new resistance and delivers the correct voltage to give you the same amount of power.

There is no right or wrong amount of power -- just what you like and what you don't. If you experiment with wattage, you'll find a range that feels right with whatever type of atty or tank you're using.
