What flavors caught your eye?

I'd love to try a couple aromatics, even at the peril of my equipment..
Devil Dog. I've never smoked a cigar without inhaling so I figure I can probably handle it.
Smokin' Cherries. I'm in search of a cherry blend that doesn't taste like cough medicine.

Gold Rising and Smooth Criminal based on reviews and buzz and they sound like they would suit my tastes.

Apple House Blend looks good.

Vanilla Wild Wood and Grape Vine for kicks.

That's my "cart" (currently on a paper notepad) :)

Nice choices! While not the cleanest NETs out there, the aromatics aren't bad at all. Devil Dog is a super aggressive vape, hold on tight. To cough syrup taste to Smokin Cherries. They use real cherries to make it, not cherry flavoring which reminds a lot of people of medicine.

Gold Rising and Smooth Criminal are both amazing tobaccos, and very clean on equipment. Haven't had Grape Vine yet, but hear it's crazy authentic.

Sahara Blend is pretty awesome -- one of my favorite new e-liquids of 2013.

Oh no! I am so sorry . . . that is so TOTALLY unlike Ahlusion! :(

When did you make this order? (Not recently, I hope.) There was a real bottleneck going on late last fall -- but the failure to communicate is completely not like Wlad and Ally.

Oh well -- as Jerms indicated, you should have zero difficulty trading them to someone else. :(

Maybe 7 months or so ago.

To be honest, I don't remember exactly. I order from a few suppliers per week- (not my username-and I pay for them)to see what products are like. I've been vaping for a long time- because I don't care for something doesn't mean it's not good.

I give 90% of it away. I DIY most of the liquid I vape.

Yep, it sounds like you got caught (or rather, "lost") in the new store opening/new website changes etc, that happened late last year. :(

I think it's terrific that you still experiment with new vendors (even though you DIY), and that you PIF most of that juice to others! :)

Broke into my month steeped Strawberry Vanilla Cake. First couple of vapes it felt too rich, but as mainly a bacco vaper I just needed to adjust. It's such a brilliant, flavorful, and complex dessert vape.. I'm in love (happens a lot for me with Ahlusion). I'm already crazy about their baccos, teas, and fruits; now looking forward to digging into the dessert items. Blueberry Vanilla Cake will of course be ordered next.

I hope you love Blueberry Vanilla Cake as much as I do, it's an ADV for me. It is a bit more bold than the Strawberry Vanilla Cake, but totally reminds me of those big blueberry muffins I used to get at Dunkin Donuts, all the way down to the sprinkled sugar on top. Omnomnom

That's an unusual strategy, having an online store that closes. Wonder if they have a notion of how much business they could do if the matched production to potential orders?

Not really that unusual in this day and age with a small business where incoming orders can easily overwhelm and exceed their capacity to get those orders out in a timely manner. They stay open until a certain order capacity is reached; that way they can still get orders out within a day or two. If they were to take more orders than current capacity could handle, then they wouldn't be able to maintain their current turnaround time.

So why not just increase employees and production is what you seem to imply... Well, to increase production would require them to add employees, and with the launch of their fairly recent brick & mortar, they obviously have already done so, but are rightfully keeping from growing their online sales too fast. I've seen many a small business that grows too fast to the detriment of quality control and service and I know Wlad is not willing to go there.

So the simple answer is that if you don't care for the way they're running their online business, then just don't order from them. However, if you're one of their many extremely satisfied customers, you will truly appreciate the quality juices, as well as the level of personal service and quality you receive from them. Their juices are some of the best around, as evidenced by their being at or near the top of so many people's favorite vendors list, and I for one am happy that I'm a customer. :)

A few e-liquid companies do it, so it not so unusual (Cyndi Lauper). I greatly prefer this way of doing business over vendors that take as many orders as possible and taking weeks so ship your juice.

No, was an observation, matter of fact, rather than criticism of their business practices/plan. Hard to read tone in typed words, I guess. It may not be unique, but it is unusual for an online business to close for orders, that’s all. They seem to have quite a fan base and a number of folks trying to “get in” an order every day that the growth potential seems large. Given the number of vendors that peddle their wares here, seems to be a very competitive area, as well.

The other thing to keep in mind is that you're only considering part of the company's business. Ahlusion deals in wholesale and makes white-label juices for other vendors too.

At least you guys received your juices this company mailed my juice out last week was supposed to be received on the 5th of this month the package was delivered to A different address. When I emailed customer service they stated that it was out of their hands and can-not do anything about it, I called my credit card company and did a charge back this morning. To bad I couldn't try their juice with all the hype that was going on about them. I would have thought since the juices they distribute are awsome their customer service would be the same. I'll stick with alien vision superb juices and superb customer service.

I thought this was going to be a thread with a bunch of salient e-juice reviews. What it is instead is a thread full of a bunch of .....ing about a small business that can't deliver with Walmart-like speed and robot efficiency. Oof.

Or people who can't seem to distinguish between a juice maker and the USPS. :D

Hi, Ms. E hope all is well.
Can't win them all but it's possible some trolling maybe going on. You nailed it too. My biggest order problem ever with any vendor turned out to be a USPS issue. Oh well, just a few less days of steeping time.

My only problem with Ahlusion is limiting my order size to fit my wallet and trying to decide what not to order. I have two that I get every time, eight that fight for regular order spots, three or four every now and then(s) and about twenty I wouldn't mind trying.

I don't want to limit my order, I'd just like to place one. It will be my first time trying them but can't seem to hit them when they're open. So I just keep looking at their website adding more to my list to try.

Best thing to do is set up an account and build a wish list. That way orders are configured and can move quickly to the cart. That way you won't panic and miss a juice or the configuration you want.
Would recommend providing feedback when they ask. They will build a profile around your preferences if you want. That way you get a custom juice configured just for you.
Last time I looked they typically open 10-10:30 Central and close when they hit capacity. Can vary by day of week and time of year. They usually post anything out of the ordinary on their site.
Good luck, Hope you like them as much as I do.
