Yeah, the latest vapor titans require way too much airflow to activate the switch. Other than the toothpick trick, you can try using a needle to plug some of the airholes with tissue, or a little teflon plumbing tape on the threads.

Do you think? That isn't my experience, quite the opposite in fact. I think I'll try the toothpick method. It's something I'll want to stay put.

Like your idea AdAmA, but want something a little less obvious looking, that fixes the particular batteries in question.

I think we are saying the same thing. My wife's two latest titans are very airy and you have to draw moderately hard to make them activate. Plugging the airholes pulls more air through the battery and the switch activates quicker.

after its cut put your cart on the batt...then slide the condom on the bat flat side up V side down then just move the V over a cart hole and the others should be covered :vapor:
I hope that makes sense to you!!

Ms. Katz another way (slight variation from AdAmA sir's way :)) is using a condom, cut the end piece off, place it over the batt half way, screw the carto in with the other half of the condom covering it. Then poke holes onto into the condom (suggest starting with 2) using a larger gauge needle. If the draw is too stiff you can always add more holes until it reaches the draw you desire.
