So I finally got some more time. Drilled out the posts on my cyclone to 1/16th and stuffed a 3/4 wrap in there of that last piece I showed you. I started with my AFC cap with one air hole most of the way open. I think I'm close because the vape was every bit as good as the dual coil Nichrome coil I just took off. Came out @ .5Ω. Very nice:

Stuck the regular cyclone cap on there with the air hole drilled out to 3/23nds and....... man...... :vapor::vapor: the flavor is off the charts. Ohhhhyeaaahhh:vapor::vapor::vapor:

I like it:w00t:

Hey Mr. Mundy. How were your results with .6 x .1? I will be getting some .6 x .07 next paycheck but my regular .6 will be here in a few days and I was wondering if it was worth a twist.

.6X.1 was pretty darn good, but not quite there.
Make sure and anneal it first so it will fold more evenly.
I would run around .9 ohms with it.
.6X.07 can be twisted without annealing.
I like .6 ohm to .8 ohm with it.

Course you should try variations since everyone is different in what they like.

Standard disclaimer: your mileage may vary. ;)

Here is my latest production of Mundissimus Maximus (triple twist) magnified 60x

And this is Mundissimus Minor (double twist)

Realistically, it's only my third workable batch (after the first few failures that is). I make about 2ft at a time and it lasts a long time.

Nice triple!
Haven't done double for a long time since the triple keeps the folded loops better, but if amps are limited and voltage can be boosted......

man I have 50ft of .8 x .1 ribbon wire. I hope I can try and make some magic. I know Mr Mundy says it's not ideal but gotta work with what ya got.

You need a mod with real low voltage drop for that.
It will be short on surface area comparatively.

Course, everyone is different and maybe you will love it.
Only one way to find out.......

does anyone sell twisted, magic, or specialty pre wrapped wires?
if not, they could make some money.
also a pre made variey pack of coils would sell imo.

I have thought about it, but just wouldn't have the time.
If I ever do get the extra time I do have a vision in my head of a magic making machine that would make it feasible.
Probably would never pay for itself, but would be cool if it worked.

First attempt at Magic. .6 x .1 because its what I have on hand. Annealed after initial twist and fold, and after interlocking. Came out pretty good imo for a first try. Tossed it in the KFL I use at work. 5 wraps on the 1.5mm gizmo mandrel. .65 ohms. Gave new life to my juice. I'm a believer. Gonna twist up some samples for my buddies now. How does MM vape at higher resistances, like 1.2 ohms or higher on a vv device? Does it take forever to heat up etc?

I think it vapes well. All of my MM coils are between 0.8 and 1.1 ohms, all on VV or VW devices. You'd be hard pressed to find an atty that can fit an MM coil any larger than that...
