Alien Visions e-juice order shorted ! :(

My order from alien Visions just arrived. Upon opening the package I find they shorted me one of the two juices I ordered. I ordered an
18ml Boba's Bounty
18ml PG Hype
18ml Menthol Drops
& 2 6ml Empty bottles.

They billed me from the PG Hype but did not send it. There wasn't any note or anything saying it wasn't available.
I called them and was sent to there voicemail. So I left a message explaining what has happened with invoice number and such.

Has anyone else experienced this sort of thing from them before. I'll give them like 24hrs and then will have to file a complaint/dispute with VISA, or whatever course of action I can take. Any ideas from anyone, would be great. I'm never happy when this happens even if it was only $6.81 for the item shorted.

I feel your pain, but I will say Ave are an excellent vendor and will make it right I am sure.

I don't know about giving them just 24hrs to make it right - after their black Friday sale, I am sure they are still swamped.

Instead of calling them, I recommend submitting a support ticket on their website (under the Help tab) You'll probably get a faster response that way.
