No, I didn't trash anything. I made a simple statement and you've assumed a lot from it apparently.
I will totally agree that AVE's site looks like crap. Their juice however is the original and very highly rated.
I haven't tried Alien Vapors Bobas because I read enough info here to know that they were the bogus juice. Most here who have ordered the fake BB have said it tastes like crap. Me, I'll take their word on it.
Bottom line is I honestly hope you like your juice and look forward to hearing how it tastes.

The bottom line is Alien Vapors is infringing on Alien Visions' trademark to Boba's Bounty. It has gone so far as to actually steal the trademark from Alien Visions ... why Alien Visions has not stuck a boot up their asses about this, I don't know, maybe they don't have the wherewithal to handle federal legal action. But the fact is they are infringing and getting away with it.

I'd be curious to see whether or not their customer service holds up if you were to send your order back explaining that it's a counterfeit.
Fwiw, I really like Boba's Bounty (the genuine article of course) but I don't think it's miraculous. There are a lot of good competing products nowadays.

I'm actually sorry that I even ordered it the more I hear about it. I didn't realize it was a tabacco flavor. Like I said, ordered some juice on a whim. I'll probably have to mix it with some menthol to even smoke it. My tabacco flavored Fling Minis are sitting in a drawer and will probably stay there until their batteries die of old age.
My understanding is...is that it isn't even a knock off. Nor a clone. It doesn't resemble the flavor of actual bobas at all.
It would be like taking iced tea and naming it Coke.
Actual bobas is a complex flavor. It is tough to pin point what the flavor profile is. Do a search in the DiY section for 'my bobas clone' and you can read about it. I think the thread was over 100 pages the last I looked. Lol
Doesn't really matter to me. The boba flavor is the one I'm least anxious about getting from Alien Vapor. I got the mint in a higher nicotine level so that I could mix it with stuff and I hear their Cherry flavor is suppose to be pretty good.
From a certain viewpoint. I'd be curious about what's really going on behind closed doors. Like I said, could have been a business partner break up. For all I know whoever started Alien Vapor is actually the one who invented the flavor. I get a lot of shouting and yelling about it but nobody seems to be able to tell me any real history behind it beyond the opinion that "they just ripped it off".

Didn't even realize there was any other. I also ordered White Chocolate and Pecan Butter Ice Cream and RY4 from them. In my opinion, Boba's Bounty is "okay" but not worth all the hype (now I know why) and I was pretty disappointed with White Chocolate (it was nothing like a white chocolate I had previously ordered from High Desert Vapes, which I loved) and Butter Pecan Ice cream -- not much flavor to speak of.
I will have to order the true Boba's Bounty next time.

I would never order those flavors. Sounds gross to begin with. I like how Alien Vapors allows you to request extra flavor though. If I like the mint I'll probably order a bigger batch of 36 mg with extra flavoring just to use it to mix with stuff.

I read all the replies and my only take-away is this turned very very bad.
The OP has apparently made up his mind based on what the website looks like and you all may as well be talking to yourselves.
Personally I don't buy from any vendors site until I've researched them....but that's just me.
I'm not too proud to ask questions AND respect the answers others took their time to give.
They didn't rip off the flavor. They ripped off the name.
And it's not opinions. Search this forum for info if you desire.
In fact, it's not a bad idea to do it anyways on any new vendor you have not tried before. Search here. See what people think, BEFORE you buy. You will get the good an bad, but typically some good advice. My 2 cents.
Please don't insult my intelligence. When I get my juice I'll make up my mind and I assure you, the fact that they are selling a juice that has the same name as someone else's juice will not come into the equation. It will be whether or not I like the juice and like their service. So far it's been so far so good. I didn't just base it on the quality of the website but on the quality of the variety of choices and the fact that they serviced my order correction on a Sunday also plays a big part. I'll make up my own mind eventually but just thought someone might have something say other than about that one juice flavor out of their dozens of other juice flavors.
Yeah...I figured maybe the reason I didn't like them was that I opted not to add extra flavor or sweetener...but that would have been an extra dollar for the extra flavor and another extra dollar for the sweetener. Say what?! Other places give you decent flavor and sweetness included. Hmmmph.

I have read Alien Vapors have even applied to trademark the name Boba's Bounty ... and trademarks are not cheap.
