The gap it not that big, about 1 mm.

In other news, my wife dropped my Simplicity on concrete today... got an ugly nick in the brass ring and the button. I feel like sticking it in her *bleep* and firing it!

Another option: appreciate it from the perspective of wabi-sabi and think of the happiness your relationship has brought you every time you notice the nick.

I really like the Simplicity. The button travels quite easily and nicely, and it doesn't show fingerprints, dirt, or anything else. It does seem to gap with about everything I put on top of it. The 510 connection looks press-fit and could probably be pushed down, but I haven't tried to do so yet.

I'm thinking a GP Spheroid would look really good on this too. I'm hopefully picking one up this week.
