Grabbed a bottle of USP certified glycerin from CVS and started with a 50/50 mix. So far no problems.

thanks for the link to that, I have been vaping on and off for a year and I will keep that bookmarked in case.

by the by, the main reason II went back to analogs for a while was that I got sick, quit vaping because it dried out my throat, got better, started vaping again, and immediately got sick again. I think something started living in my atty. I pulled it out of storage again when winter set in because I was tired of going outside in the cold to smoke. It had this gross, stinky mold-looking stuff all over it. I boiled it up for a while and haven't had any problems yet. I am going to boil the atty every couple weeks. So far, so good, I hope it lasts.

When I was using atomizers, I boiled them every week. I now cartomizers and just throw them away. Go through 1-2 a week. Also, I think copper creek sells organic, and you can have them mix your vg/pg at your desired percentage, and their juices or the best I've ever had. Good luck.

So u just mixed the CVS glycerin with the juice you already had?

Everyone has there own ratio preference ( VG % / PG % ). In a nut shell, that's all I had to do.

update! I went back to the first brand i used and feel a bit better. Still heavy but no pain! also this is a lower nic level. so i think it had to be the PG level or nic level that was bothering me. Thank you for all your advice guys, i was so afraid i was going to have to give up!

I feel fine! No pain no heavy feeling. I haven't tried the dark juices again yet b/c i think that may have been my issue. I will post again once I try them. I also lowered my nic levels in all my juices and that helped also. reading all the posts on the health side effects can be scary so I wanted to follow up with this showing that it does get better once you find out whats right for you.

That is really good news! I first tried Johnson Creek but once I detoxed I found that anything darker than an amber color caused some issues. Glad you could figure out a way to help alleviate some symptoms
