That ice cream does sound really good!
Had a bitty sort of day today - stuff to do and interruptions ..none of them work related either! So didn't get to try the lime mixture yet. The vanilla ice cream certainly smells nice though!
The Crystal Liquid one arrived from the US today too. I also got Strawberry Cream from them - if it tastes as good as it smells, it'll be rather nice! ...when I get around to trying them! :)

I went and picked up my cloud9, got a free bottle of mystic fruit punch, it's rather nice too :D
I got the Mystic Eldorado (a vanilla type one) some weeks back - lovely but gave me bad problems! It has PG in it too so could be either or both!

I'm enjoying my grants just now, how you finding it?

I was hoping to order another mech mod this week, it was in stock monday but they're all sold out now! Grrr, not sure how long I'm going to have to wait.
I like the GVC - seems to taste better with the 1100 eVod battery than with the MVP.
Shame about your mod being out of stock! Hope you catch one soon!

I found a FB group for my little girls diagnosis, the more I learn the more there is to find out and as it is genetic my little boy could end up with it at anytime :'(
Great that you can find a lot of information. Don't overload your brain with it all though! I did with both Vertigo (middle ear problem) and IBS, and ended up with my brain going around in circles. Got there in the end, but information overload doesn't help sort the facts into sense.
Is your little boy likely to develop the condition or is it just a possibility? ...no genetic marker test to determine the likelihood? I hope he stays free of it.

Our postie was early again today, hope he's early tomorrow or it will be another red card! Taking my little boy to visit nanan, she's having work done in the garden so she's been stuck at home all week.
I hate having to go to the sorting office: limited opening and always a queue! Our postman was back today - he's been on holiday but is off again next week. At least we still have him - he gets here between 11.30 and 1.30 every day. Later than it used to be ..9.30 for years!
Hope you have a nice day tomorrow! :)

Oh lovely sunshine, where have you been! We went to the park then out for a bike ride :D

It's funny how much the flavour can change from one device to another, I retried a lot of my liquids when I started making my own coils and got my kayfun. Some are much better....some, there's just no hope for!

Our postie should be here in an hour or so, hope he's got goddies :)

Yes there is a genetic markers so a test could be done, I don't know enough about it to say but it does sound like it's common for siblings to be affected, someone (on the group) and others agreed, said it gets worse with each child. One lady has 3/4 of her children diagnosed, I've got lots to learn but there's not much info around.

We do have a geneticist, not seen her for nearly a year so our next appointment should be due and we are involved in a genetic research study (just mum, dad and daughter though, so they don't have a sample from son).

Did you get your fat cow? I'm quite surprised they have been so rubbish, I've not had any problems with them :-( Was going to get some vamp vape next week and see if they have any ice cream.....argh, I must stop buying liquid!!! I was trying to get some of the older ones used up, fail!

I have quite a lot that I've only tried in small clearomisers on small cig size batteries. I'll get around to them sooner or later! :) Think our postman is wondering what the heck he keeps bringing here!

Oh my, I'm sorry to hear that - let's hope he isn't affected! Pity there isn't far more known about it all.

I didn't get it yet no! I sent another email to them today.

Did my tank of lime and ice cream with koolada - it was rather bitter on the lime side so I added a bit of Butterfly Ball and although better, it wasn't brilliant, but ...looks like I get a problem with lime too! :( Another fruit to add to my list! Still, there's quite a lot I can use happily, so mustn't grumble.

Have you mixed up any more ice cream? Hope you get a nice flavour, shame about the lime :-(

I've recoiled all mine again today, got some vamp vape and I've been trying a mint chocolate which is much better than I thought it would be.

Filled up my taifun with the last of the tribeca, I'm enjoying it again so will probably get some more.

We've been for another bike ride today, the weekend seems to have gone really quick but we got caught up with lots around the house. How's your weekend been?

I saw on another thread, you have 3 mvp2s! Thought you had 2, can't beat the battery life though :D

It is a shame, but at least I tried it! What's needed is a less authentic lime and more of a lime cordial type flavour! The ones I have taste like lime juice with zest/peel too ...remarkable really, but not quite right for what I had in mind! I'm wondering if key lime will be sweeter. I'm waiting for CV to get the concentrate for that back in stock.
I haven't tried any more ice cream yet, but I will now I have some .6mg VG base! Even the Vanilla Ice Cream on it's own with a touch of koolada will be nice!

I've recoiled all mine again today, got some vamp vape and I've been trying a mint chocolate which is much better than I thought it would be.
I absolutely love my CV Mint Choc Vapetto! I just ordered 60ml of it today - was going to order 50ml (they have liquid in more sizes now!) but it looks like they were out of stock of 50ml bottles, but it accepted an order for 2x30ml!

Filled up my taifun with the last of the tribeca, I'm enjoying it again so will probably get some more.
It sounds really nice - I'm assuming it's a PG/VG mix ...I see they won't divulge the ratio, which makes me think they're a bit
unkind in not doing so - lots of people are allergic or get problems with PG.

Weekends always went too quickly when we were at work, but the past 24 years have been much the same every day for me as I work most of the time. Can take a day off any day really :) I've been starting on a new painting in-between interruptions! :D
Got a late start yesterday and was fighting to stay awake by 2am but at least got my first layer in place! Working on the first layer of detail and more positive colour now.

Yes, three MVP's! Got the third a week ago (got black, blue and silver now) I tend to always have a tank of Honey Lemon Menthol and one of Mint Choc Vapetto, so that's two always in use ...a third is the one that gets charged (in rotation)! I'd never use one out of the house, but seeing I work at home, it's fine and I think they're really good ..apart from the fairly hard press button!
I've also got a decent stock of Unitank mini and mini Protank ll :)
Not into re-building coils, so when I see Kangertech ones at a good price, I get some!

I see CV now have 4 of the Steamgunk ones on their site, so I ordered a small bottle of Lemon Meringue Pie! I'm assuming they'll make that for me in VG too, but if not it doesn't matter.

Make sure you keep me up to date on the lime! Think I would agree in a sweeter lime, I'm not big fan of citrus but I think I could really enjoy a nice sweet fresh flavour. I really didn't fancy orange but I did enjoy the cocktail one much more than I thought I would. I even added a few drops of my sunshine liquid to a cola flavour, gave it a nice twist!

I'm tempted to start mixing liquid but it's time I don't have just now, my little boy is due to start nursery in September so I might be able to look into it more then.

Lol, halo do seem to have a stick up their .... when it comes to their 'secrets' they are a little OTT! I tried OHs captain jack again today, it's supposed to be tobacco with a rum flavour and "just a touch of sweetness" all I can taste is tobacco and lots of honey! Did I ever mention I hate honey! Not impressed.

I don't mind early mornings, a peaceful sleep in would be bliss though! It's noise I can't cope with, I have never even been able to use an alarm clock. If I set my phone to vibrate and leave it on top of the wardrobe it makes more than enough noise. Two kids screaming, shouting and arguing at 5am usually leaves me with headache all day, they do normally have a couple of more settled mornings though.

I haven't been using the lemon meringue pie as much, I still enjoy it but I've had enough after a small tank full. I can't taste the biscuit as much now, it used to remind me more of cheesecake and was one of my favourites, think I used it too much and spoilt it for myself :-(

You must really enjoy your job (when you find time to yourself), one of the school mums has recently given up her collage teaching job so she can do more art work. My dads wife fetched an article up to show me, it had pics of the school mums exhibition (it was portraits of inspirational women).

I'm not very good at painting, it's fun making a mess with the kids though, we like cutting and sticking too :D

Much as I'm tempted, I'll be wary of using lime again - if I do hear of a sweet one I may just try it but carefully!

It's one of those things that you think may not take long to do, and then perhaps find yourself tinkering with first one thing then another and ending up with hours gone by!

Surprisingly, I got a reply from Halo: their liquid has more PG than VG! So, at least I know!
A sweet tobacco with a hint of rum sounds rather nice - pity it doesn't live up to expectations! I'm surprised how much I like the Honey Lemon Menthol from CV! I'd probably prefer no honey, but I do like it. It's not a very prominent honey though.

When I was still at work, I used to get up at 5.30 just so I could have a peaceful few cups of tea before the rest of the house woke up! I really valued that quiet time ..in summer I'd wander around the garden and it was lovely at that early hour.
I absolutely hate noise! I seem to recall spending most of my time in the house trying to get the boys to be quiet! Wouldn't care - they looked positively angelic when they were asleep!
I don't like noisy people outside either.

Who knows, I may not like it at all - nice to try something new though! :)

Most painters/artists don't regard it as a job as such ...more a way of life, a driving force. Not something you reach a certain age and retire from.
That's why I find it so frustrating that my momentum has gone adrift lately due to outside influences and problems - one crisis or problem at a time I can cope with, but one after the other is a bit much, and that's how it's been for around 18-24 months now. Hopefully, it's all settling down and I may get back to something near normal!
It's a wonderful way to earn a living (when the economy is strong) and no way would I want to go back and work for someone else ...after 24 years I'd find it hard anyway!
Since I started exhibiting I've had a TV crew in my studio, invited onto live radio, success with the Royal Academy, magazine articles, work used in a book, and met a lot of very interesting people at exhibition openings etc. It's been absolutely wonderful at times! Hard work and long hours but very worth it.
I seem to have become a bit less outgoing in recent years though - openings give me the horrors so I don't go!

I'm not very good at painting, it's fun making a mess with the kids though, we like cutting and sticking too :D
We're all good at something! :)
I was mortified when we got grandsons ..they always wanted to come into my studio and touch things! Apart from the hazardous content in some of my materials, they could have undone hours of work, and did break a couple of nice objects that I use as props. They don't bother now because I'm no fun...won't let them touch anything! They're getting older now too!

Any sign of your milkshake yet? It's back in stock on GH.

I've tried a couple from mt baker vaper, freckled lemonade (strawberry lemonade), started off really nice but then seemed a bit dry. Hawk sauce is lovely (sweet and sour berries with menthol).

It would be nice to get up before the kids but that would have to be really early and they usually end up in our bed at daft o'clock so there's no way I could really get any time to myself.

Our house is more like a play room, most of the stuff is theirs so they can't cause too much trouble (they do a good job trying though)!

We finally managed to get my daughters prescription, GP can't give it so my OH ended up having to go to Sheffield after work. He just made it, the pharmacy was closing but they gave us enough for 3 months (9 boxes and 6 large bottles)! No idea where to put it all.

No - I emailed again and got a reply yesterday saying it would be sent out .......we'll see

Ours were at the stage where they needed prying out of bed to get ready for school by the time I was getting up at 5.30 - we'd already had the stage where they ended up in our bed and disrupted our sleep! :D The time will come when you'll have the same opportunity for a bit of time to yourself :)
I always marvelled at how the smallest person in the house managed to fill it with their 'stuff' right from the very beginning! Never dared buy any new furniture until they really were old enough to understand better ...and that was a long time coming!
Our 'kids' are 41 and 46 now, and do have their own homes, so once that happened we did get the sort of furniture etc. that we'd really always wanted - hence us not wanting visiting grandchildren spoiling it! One is 8, the other almost 6, so old enough to understand do's and don'ts. They do know how to wrap their parents around their little fingers well enough! :)
When we were young, and then our own sons, the necessity to behave well in other peoples homes was always understood.

That must be a huge relief to you! It's certainly taken a long time. Did that chemist get it in as a special order for you?
How is she with it right now?

Has it turned up yet? You might be better off sending an email to azteca instead, not sure if they have there own site though but I think they are just a guest liquid on GH.

Our GP isn't allowed to prescribe her med so we have to get the repeat from the Specialist, but he's at Sheffield children's hospital so we have to go there to pick it up.

The hawk sauce isn't something I would normally pick but it was lovely :) I've tried the frangipane one, tasted a bit like vapology peach melba but not as nice so a bit disappointed with it. I had another from virgin vapour today, celestial honeydew which has a very nice authentic flavour....yum!

I've ordered a couple of cases, girl pockets are useless! It's like a mini umbrella sock with a belt clip on so hopefully I can stop loosing my mod :-/ thankfully so far I've found it again!

I think I'm actually done buying vape stuff, I had another rba and mech picked out but I really don't need any more!....just waiting on that last mod coming back in stock :D

Still lots of liquids I want to try, think I need a good sort through my bookmarks! Most of my samples are fruity or desert types this time, most of the coffee ones were rubbish or just OK.

What goodies have you got? I know you've got something new!! :D

Nope, not here yet - but I had another email telling me it has definitely been sent now - and an apology. Did I get hopeful reading that? Nope. I'll believe it when I hold it in my hand! :)

Yes, I remember you telling me, but I thought it was in short supply anyway seeing it wasn't commonly used. Glad you got it at last!

Can't imagine one tasting of melon! Suppose it must be quite interesting if authentic in taste!
I've got a few new ones from LT: Peach Fresh, Milky Choco & King Albert. Not tried them yet because I've had a bad couple of days ...reacted to something that gave me breathing problems but I haven't a clue what! I can only think that the new 10ml bottle of Honey Lemon Menthol could be the PG/VG rather than all VG ...not like them though, so could be wrong, but I hadn't used anything else that would cause that, or anything else in a new bottle. I'd ordered 30ml and it came in three 10ml bottles. I've left it completely alone this past 24 hours and only used plain menthol, Mint Choc Vapetto and RY, and although my chest still feels a bit tight, I'm much better already. I'll try the Honey Lemon Menthol again tomorrow and see what happens.
As a result, I'm not trying anything new yet.
I've also got the Steamgunk Lemon Meringue Pie via CV, and some Flavour Art Menthol flavouring ..only needs a tiny bit so it'll go a long way!
I got three Vapist ones in VG and double flavour: Eton Mess (strawberries & cream), Victoria sponge and Vanilla fudge. They smell OK but little taste yet. Could taste 'cakey' icing sugar though with the Victoria sponge one!

I've ordered a couple of cases, girl pockets are useless! It's like a mini umbrella sock with a belt clip on so hopefully I can stop loosing my mod :-/ thankfully so far I've found it again!
That's one of the reasons I still like to have my small e-cogs! Those and the eSmart are easy to pop in a pocket or bag. Very unobtrusive too: the little e-cigs don't give off a big amount of vapour either, so very discrete to use! ;)

I think I'm actually done buying vape stuff, I had another rba and mech picked out but I really don't need any more!....just waiting on that last mod coming back in stock :D
It's so easy to just keep on buying it! I love the metallic blue of the DNA30 clone at FastTech (very good price!) I like the red version too! But, I'm realising from what's been said that I don't really need one and may find it more faff than I'm happy with!

Still lots of liquids I want to try, think I need a good sort through my bookmarks! Most of my samples are fruity or desert types this time, most of the coffee ones were rubbish or just OK.

What goodies have you got? I know you've got something new!! :D
I'm hard pressed to find better than those available at CV and LT to be honest. I do like that Goose Juice, the Grizzly Polar Bear, GVC and a few other different makes though. Still never found a coffee better than the Caramel Cappuccino, Lews Brew, or the Cappuccino from Vapology ..but that one had some PG in it! I particularly like 2/3 Caramel Cappuccino with 1/3 Lews Brew!

Something new? Well, you've seen the new liquids and flavours (got some Diamond Crystal base VG 0.6mg too), plus I got a Vision Spinner ll, plus a new little e-cig and cartridges: Nucig ..they make VG cartridges! :) I only got the small basic starter kit at £9.99 but that's quite adequate. Means I have a VG one that I can pop in my purse if need be, a pocket or bag. Very small, low vapour compared to the 'big stuff' and VG! Ideal! :) ...don't think I got anything else. Apart from some coils there's nothing except a small order for 3x30S tanks from FastTech on their way somewhere.

Well, it arrived today - 30ml! Very nice :) ..except it didn't state any VG or PG content.
I emailed and got a reply that it is VG with just flavouring with PG! So even better ...now let's hope it's a strawberry that I can use!

Oh yay! So glad it arrived :D

I bought a bottle of hangsen watermelon from town today, it's rubbish :-( Need to get more honeydew!!

The prescription is 2 parts, the first bit the GP can't prescribe and the second part our local hospital could not manage to get hold of so they gave us a alternative. Sheffield hospital gave us a boat load of both parts...unfortunately she's been none stop sick again today so I'm going to phone the gastro monday morning and hopefully he will stop the meds, but that would mean starting elemental diet! Either way it sucks and she's still in pain :'( maybe he will reduce her dose and she will be OK until her appointment next month, got a feeling he's going to give her a bed until it's under better control (which would be fine if I could be in two places at once)!

Sorry for the vent, been a tough couple of days.

I've talked myself back into buying that mod and rba, the other one is still out of stock but I will need more batteries too so I'm not saving just yet!

I tried the CV confusion yesterday, a bit too much cream flavour for me but OH likes it. I'm just having dinner so I haven't picked out a sample for tonight yet.....

:D

Early on, I tried 3 Dekang and didn't like them at all.

Vent away ...not easy what you're coping with! It seems like one of those conditions that needs constant monitoring and juggling of meds and diet. Difficult for you all.
I'd like to think she'll be much better within 24 hours ...here's hoping.

I've talked myself back into buying that mod and rba, the other one is still out of stock but I will need more batteries too so I'm not saving just yet!
 There's always something! No matter how much you think you don't want anything!

Try the Confusion with some RY! I use it with the CV RY roughly 3/4-1/4 or even 2/3-1/3 ...I love that combination and have been using it this past two days - gives the RY a different angle!
Still using my Mint Choc Vapetto too :)

Have you seen the bundles on LT? Good value if there's one that suits you.

We have had a very quiet and boring day, not been out of the house! OH and the kids had a nap so I even got a peaceful hour to myself :D

I've been on the samples again, had another from leo liquid, blueberry crack. Was ok but nothing special, I messaged them on FB and they are willing to ship to the UK so depending on price I would like some more coconut crack and I have some more of their flavours to try. I'm currently enjoying some spottedick and custard from CV, the flavour is lovely and makes a nice change from plain custard :)

I've been up in the RBA section again, they should have a lock on that door!!! Why do I keep looking, I don't need anything.....except to change my user name to magpie :-/

How's the painting coming along, have you managed to get some time to yourself during reasonable hours?

Well the weather has been dull, damp and not at all nice today so we've been 'hibernating' ...doing very little! Both sons came at different times this afternoon with Fathers Day cards etc. (So no chance of me settling down to work until late in the afternoon!)

I think I'm quite happy with what I have at the moment ...I hope! I have plenty of batteries and mini Unitanks/Protanks plus coils.
I've ordered a couple of liquids from Waves of Vapour: Frappuccino and a custom one where you get to choose up to four flavours! 100% VG option too, so here's hoping they're nice ones!
There's a couple of Steamgunk ones I'll try once CV get some stock too. I got the lemon meringue pie but haven't tried it yet.

How's the painting coming along, have you managed to get some time to yourself during reasonable hours?
Most of my work is getting done from early evening through to around 3-3.30am! Not great because I'm not getting enough sleep, but at least I'm plodding along! I still need to speed up a bit though ...but without compromising the quality of the end result!

Hope your little one has been a bit better today! :)

I've been stuck on one flavour/tank since yesterday! I put my others to be soaked and left them over night to dry and still haven't got round to sorting them out. My others are semi retired and I'm only using four...hope I get chance tomorrow :-(

I've ordered a bottle of the celestial honeydew but it's from a UK site and is all VG, my sample was a 50/50 mix so I hope it doesn't effect flavour too much.

My little girl has had a couple of good days, only sick twice today. It seems to flare up some days but I've no idea why, it would be so much easier if she could tell us how she's feeling.

Have you tried your lemon meringue pie or fat cow yet? OH is wanting some liquid ordered so I might grab something too.

I did see the post for the LT bundles but I haven't been using their liquid much, it has a musty sort if smell and taste to some of the flavours I got from there (others don't seem to have a problem with them though). Some are fine so not sure what it is!

Hope you got them all back in working order now! :)

I still have a few untried ones of the VV sample sizes I got from the US! Must get around to trying them.

Good to hear she's not doing too badly - she does seem to have her good and bad times, so hopefully the new prescription is at least helping her have a few good days now and then. Nowhere near perfect, but better than not at all.

I only tried a little of the Fat Cow so far ..must try some more! I haven't tried the LMP yet! I'll probably get around to that tomorrow as I have a tank with a very low key one in it that's just about empty and I can just tip it up for a while and then put some in it ...lazy at the moment because I'm trying to speed up with my work! (started another new one today!)

Can't say I've had any musty ones from LT, but then, mine is all VG, so perhaps makes a difference. Sad thing is, there's a few of theirs that I can't use in the fruit types, and they're ones I really like: Blackberry, Lime, and perhaps Lemons, definitely some Strawberry. I think it may be the differing brands of flavours because I can use some and not others. There again, perhaps some VG bases are different to others! I don't know. Gradually though, I'm finding a good number that I can use from various suppliers including LT, CV, Spiritus and a few others.
I tried a custom one from Waves of Vapour, and even on the day it arrived it tasted pretty good: Chocolate, Coffee, Vanilla Custard and Cream! I'll leave it a few days and try it properly. I also got their Frappacino, and it's a delicate milky coffee from what I could tell without waiting! Seemed rather nice.

I've just ordered four Steamgunk in VG from CV: Twilight, Tennessee tobacco, After Dark Mints & Iced Mint Menthol.

Waves of vapour....hmm, another bookmark! Lol

I quite like the twilight, it tastes best in my old vapeonly ET-S duel coil, seems to give it a sherbet fizz! My OH likes the tennessee tobacco too, not tried the others. I've got the ry4, raven and rYaven4 to try :)

The VV honeydew is definitely better in a 50/50 mix! It's lost a lot of flavour, I tried the sample in my rda so I will try the VG in there and see how it is.

I got another 30ml of the fat cow, arrived in 2 days so I can only guess it was the VG mix that held yours up. The vamp vape was out of stock :-( my OH wanted some grizwalds caramel cappuccino ordering so I got some coconut mint choc chip ice cream to try.

Strawberry vapetto is going down a treat! I've still got a few more CV ones to try, had apple pie and irish cream custard yesterday (yummy)! Need some more captain custard ordering so I will putting my order in to CV next week :D

Another morning of being sick but much better this afternoon, that next appointment can't come quick enough! We have a fun trip to the hospital booked for Tuesday, need some x ray's. She was booked in 3 weeks ago, we spent 40 minutes trying and didn't get a single image so we have to go back and try again!

I gave in and ordered a 4nine clone and a magma clone, the other mod is still out of stock but that will definitely be the last one....promises self :)

I would love to see some of your paintings (please)! I imagine it's hard work but exciting when it starts coming together. No idea what I will do when it's time to go back to work, will be nice to talk to grown ups though!

I'll be trying those two I got this coming week now that they've had a bit of time to steep! :)

I was looking at the four RY ones and almost tried the combined one ...tell me what it's like compared to the other two! I do like the CV RY, and nearly always add a bit of confusion to it so it'd extra creamy caramel tasting :)

The VV honeydew is definitely better in a 50/50 mix! It's lost a lot of flavour, I tried the sample in my rda so I will try the VG in there and see how it is.

I still haven't gone back to my small bottles of VV! Must do that.
I haven't used any more of the Fat Cow either ..I got a bit fed up of wheezing with certain strawberry and other fruits, so have mostly avoided any new ones for the time being.

Strawberry vapetto is going down a treat! I've still got a few more CV ones to try, had apple pie and irish cream custard yesterday (yummy)! Need some more captain custard ordering so I will putting my order in to CV next week :D
There's something about that Strawberry Vapetto ...seems a bit tame at first, but it sort of creeps up and endears itself :)

I do feel for you all - she goes through a lot, and you with her.

So how hard did you try and persuade yourself not to buy the new toys? apart from liquid, I've just got two Unitanks and a Protank in the bigger sizes. Hope they perform as well as the mini versions!

With the painting, working out the composition, size, colours etc. can be quite brain numbing unless it's all presented itself in the minds eye without any effort! Then I start working through the layers of thin paint to build up the finished painting. There's always a stage where I think I'm wasting my time and it'll never look as I want it to, and then it gets past that and starts to look OK. I'll send you a PM.

When will you go back to work? ...and what do you do.
Our younger son had to give his job up last year when the company moved 60 miles away - he couldn't get back in time to pick the two children up from school. He'd worked there for 20 years too. His wife works full time in a good job, but even that had a salary cut last year! All that happened just after they'd completed on a house move! So, not only is money tight for them, he's missing the adult company of the working world every day.
