Alpha switch no longer has spring options???

Is the light spring/regular spring choice still available?

I was gonna order an extra switch or 2 but I don't care for the light spring model.

Does anyone know which spring they're being shipped with? Or is the choice still available? Or can I get a regular spring on the side & I'll install it myself?

Apex Vapor has not been making the standard springs for a while. We just had a bunch of them left over and continued to sell them, but we are out of them now also. So all devices will come with the light spring from now on. To be honest the difference between the two was very minimal.

Okay plan b. I have 3 other switches with the regular spring. Is there anything in the design of the new switch I might need to know about how to disassemble it so I could change out the springs? ( I know it voids the warranty on the switch.)

Get a pair of tweezers and pull the top of the spring off around the top of the battery contact. Then just roll it around the battery contact pin until it comes off. Then just reverse those steps to get it back on another switch. I hope that makes sense.
