Hands down, most reliable supplier ive ever dealt with. Im not going to put down any of the others, altsmoke just has a clean website, fair prices and not to mention the best waffle ive ever vaped!!
Well I have to say this is a great supplier. The orders I have placed have been shipped quickly. The products are great. I am a happy camper!
If every company ran their business like Altsmoke runs theirs, we'd have no need for entities like the Better Business Bureau.
Holy cow! I ordered Sunday night, shipping notice came on Monday morning at 7:00 am and order received Tuesday. Not only was that shipping way fast, but I got a couple of "extras" thrown in for good measure--totally not expected, but much appreciated.

I think almost everyone already knows about Altsmoke's customer service, but now that I've experienced it personally, I felt the need to toot their horn (so to speak) as well . I was finally able to purchase a BB and the transaction couldn't have been easier. They went above and beyond to get me what I wanted and it was in my mailbox before I even expected it. The BB itself is faultless, but knowing they're there if needed, priceless! Thanks again, guys.

I gave ya 5 stars Robert....I've had my s.b. for almost 8 months and it is still doing well. I ordered it on a Saturday morning, stressing about how long it might take because I was doing (the mall) 1 hour battery life e-cig. It arrived at 10:18 on the following Monday.....yes it did!! I just ordered the hot spring and a couple drip tips and their on the way. Thanks again Robert.

On a scale of 1 to 5...10. Ordered it one day, was vaping the free Cinn-a-Bunn that came with my mods on my mods the next. When I posted an issue on the site Chad called me (user error ) to troubleshoot.

I was on the fence about ordering so close to Chirstmas and getting it before. I went ahead and order on the 14th and got it yesterday! Wow! I am VERY happy with this company! I made another order last night, can they do it again?...LOL

I've ordered three times from rob in the past month and I have to say he has excellent customer service and quick shipping. I would highly recommend altsmoke to anyone I do wish he would put some more mod kit parts on the site because I feel like I'm cheating on him by going to madvapes lol!

Tyler is great and Rob's service/Chad's mods are absolutely awesome. Though I have used other suppliers, AltSmoke is still number one in my book
5 Stars easily, had my SB for over a year and it's still flawless. Recently purchased 510 yeti cartomizers to use on it and the vape is twice as incredible. Altsmoke is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with, not just in the vaping community, but with any purchases I've ever made. Keep it up guys, you're doing a great job.
