If you guys like a good menthol try Port Menthol (think NewPort...) from The Vapor Room. It's a strong, real menthol with a tobacco flavor in the background. They have a lot of menthols in their line of liquids. The non menthol tobaccos are good too.

Ohhh nooo...and just when I thought I might stop shopping for juice this week - LOL!!
I vape menthol all day, every day....even some menthol tobacco....but I do not see me doing the flavor thing - LOL!!! But I think everyone should be able to get whatever flavor they like...that part of the ban is ludicrous - well, with all of the rest of that nonsense...

I DIY only tobacco flavours with unflavoured now and then. I prefer eating sweet things not vaping them. Have tried but not for me.

I don't like the synthetics, but I love my NET's. I have a blueberry muffin for early mornings, but after that it's all NET's all day. I'll occasionally sneak another flavor in from time to time, but not all that often. I've only tried one Ahlusion's flavor that was decent, but I'm going to try some more eventually (that one was PIF'd to me). I vape mostly HHV's NET's. Couldn't get through my day without Dark Horse & a bit of Legend.

Thank you both for writing.......

Yes, the FDA proposed regulations are ludicrous for sure. But they're the FDA and we're just little dots on a map. It's funny that I didn't smoke menthol cigs, but for some reason, I mix menthol in my tobacco juice and seem to really enjoy the combination.

Uh-oh. At least I can get you out of (into) this spending the least amount of money. If you decide to "go there" see my post here about how to work the best deal at The Vapor Room on a first time sampler order: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo.../584061-recommend-vendor-me.html#post13698186

Funny, I'm the opposite. I didn't mind an occasional menthol cig, but I can't stand menthol or even mint-anything e-liquid.

That is funny. All our taste buds are so different. At least without Tobacco 'clouding' them, we can actually taste again, right?!

I miss the smell of cigarettes sometimes. Unburned.

I used to keep a pack up by the speedometer in the car & my Subi has a defogger for the lens in front of the gauges. The pack would get fairly warm in the winter with the heat turned up. I used to give the pack a big smell before I pulled one out to smoke. Unburned tobacco always smelled wonderful to me.

I did cheat once since I started vaping... they don't taste like that! I couldn't believe how awful it tasted. They stopped putting tobacco flavor in them & filled them with burnt crap or something. :)

It just made my NET's that much more satisfying.

I used to run my unlit cigarette under my nose sometimes for 5 minutes before lighting it. My husband thought that was the very definition of weird.

But I think my Virginia ejuice tastes like the smell of unlit Virginia Slims. :D

Yes, I LOVED the smell of unlit tobacco! I'm VERY glad the time you lit one, it tasted awful. I haven't tried one in over two years, and I just won't. I would hope it would make me sick, but then the very first one I smoked as a teenager didn't make me sick. I took a drag, inhaled and blew out smoke. I got a little dizzy, but I didn't even cough. I think I was a natural born smoker. I can't afford to find out if I'd enjoy one again.

Man, that's the truth and a half. When I smoked again after 115 days smoke-free, it tasted bad for about... 3 cigarettes. After that, it just felt like I was home. The first quit was nearly accidental; the 2nd one was pure will, and not nearly as easy. I'm so glad I only had one appendix, so maybe I'll never have to go thru anything like that again.
