! ! ! W o o t ! ! !

Will these fit the REOs that ERAs currently don't fit? Sorry if this has been asked. I'm catching up.

Hugs, Creepy Feisty Alice
The atomizer will work in grands vv grands woodvils vv woodvils and woodvil 18490s . It is a whisker smaller then the era in diameter. I will keep hunting for a smaller rba to convert

Brass with nickel plating as far as I can tell .

It will use a 801 drip tip

I about died when I saw this. I have so many under used big nice SS and Brass 801 tips. This is HUGE!

You know you could charge a little more if you powder coated them to match our REO! I will take 1 Chrome and 2 black, and one brass, and one Silver Vein. lol

Great idea. Thanks Jack. Before ERAs arrived I had done a quick look for high-heat paints but didn't go any further. Taping off all but the very edge of base, the part that shows below the cap, and doing only a very light coat would be best for base. And thicker coats, more than one coat in light layers, on cap, outside only. (I suggest getting some corks at Hobby Lobby, etc. to "mask" off inside of cap and do only light coat on top and bottom edge of cap.) Hoping we can find "brass" in heat tolerant paint, too.

More than likely a scuffing or acid dip (for SS) will be best prep so paint adheres better.

You boys have fun tonight.

Hugs and love, Creepy Feisty Alice

{edit} Wish I still had our hobby rock tumbler for scruffing but acid will work fine.

I haven't ventured into the rba's yet but if Robert starts selling them, I'll be there for some. The man likes to keep it simple and that suits me very well. :)

You must venture .... but let me warn you its a slippery slope .... Its nearly impossible for me to fully enjoy a production atty or carto anymore. But hey thats a good thing .... right ??

Yes Tim, that seems to be our goal. With each and every innovation, we discover that we weren't really happy at all before with our vaping utensils. Just thought we were. :)

Maybe Rob could set us up with a safe adapter and some kind of sleeve to cover the adapter that butts up against the atty for those wanting to use the RBA on their minis....just a thought!
I will test some adapters I have a few in route

Another Canadian jumping into the fray. I have what looks to be that exact RBA, but it's not bottom fed. You drilling the post or something? Regardless, sign me up!!
No drilling on this atty must be a different atomizer .

If this is the one you are "modding":
010-9.jpg

kinda looks similar to the one I have:
phoenix-drip-atomizer-4.jpg

I bought mine to see if I could somehow make it bottom feed. What I found was, that the centre post and the positive terminal were all one piece and so, if I took the centre post off to give it access to the bottom I also lost the positive terminal. I couldn't figure out a way around it, but that's where geniuses like you come into play. :)
