I will likely by three batteries, so I'm not really worried about vaping while the battery charges. My biggest concern is having to refill the e liquid.

Clearos, cartos, and tanks...oh my. I have more research to do before I purchase my first set up.

I will likely go with is a ego twist because it is so highly recommended.

The Twist and Spinner come in sizes where the charge can last all day. Doubt you'd need three. The rule of thimb is 100 mAh for an hour of average use. I got the 1000 mAh one so it can last up to 10 hours (except I'm a fairly heavy vaper so likely less but still a lot).
