Just had to share about my new Metallic Red, SL LP Grand that arrived today! So very sparkly and light weight. Holy moley I'm in love. So many of you helped me make the decision that I had to say thanks with a pic (and it doesn't happen in Reovile without a picture right? ). Hopefully the pic won't be side ways as they sometimes are for me. Wonder if I should switch to TapaTalk or if it's because I generally post on a pad and not a CPU? (It's just more comfortable for my dog if I'm not at the computer...better lap angle...hahaha).

Im surprised, even though you told me, that the Grand is only a smidge taller than my beloved Mini and with the SL, it is darn near the same weight. The 510 connection was so easy to work with (Thanks Super X for your video). Thank you Rob for lightening fast shipping (5 days from Maine to Cal. with a weekend in there. Wow!). And yes, the quality is what we all have come to expect (and always receive).

Have be a fine evening all!

Great lil family pic!!!

I am struck by how sparkly it is. Has such depth to the color. Was hoping for another great mod and got that plus art

Jup, I have the solid red metallic grand...........there is no way to describe how sparkly these are! Pics just don't do it justice. You'll have to let us know what you think of the tactile feel of the SL.

Actually I like the feel more than I thought. It's so light that the extra texture gives me a better grasp. From the pics on the Website and the Forum, I thought that it would be bigger thus larger holes (even though folks and dimensions said otherwise). I'm really pleased and no, the holes do not appear that large. I'm playing around with the idea of using a red magic marker on the bottle to have it blend in.

The only bummer is that I forgot to order a button cover and that bothers me in a tactile way. But I can fix that.

Yeah I always tend to have a hard time thinking in real terms rather than picture terms when it comes to size! I bet the holes are much smaller than they look, so that would be better. At some point will probably try me a door to see what I think about that.
