Some of you may have already noticed, maybe not, that a few changes have taken place.

First of all, we want to reassure you that with this announcement comes positive changes. We know with all the changes, problems, and issues lately that things were not feeling positive. Hopefully that will be changing after this announcement.

The current team of mods is myself, Jules22871 and the group owner is now j0ker. That means there is no head mod, but a team of co-mods and an ECF mod that we can go to if need be. j0ker's main role will be to assist us in establishing some procedures and organizing some of the processes in the background. This means he is NOT someone you should be going to when you don't get a PIF offer or anything of that nature. That is what Jules and I are here for. Jules and I will be working very closely, and no decision will be made alone in order to ensure that the correct decisions are made and nothing is done in haste.

The group is now open to the public, and unless ECF rules or PIF rules are broken, members will not be removed. This is a social group and it should represent that.

Just to clear some things up, yes there have been a few changes. Yes there are probably somethings you aren't aware of. The question is should it be aired in public discussion, no, not if it doesn't pertain to you. The ones affected understand and that's all that really matters. We are working towards getting things back on track. Jules, Toni and I want PIF to survive and we are willing to do anything to make it a success. All we ask is for a little faith and cooperation through this transition. For most, you won't even notice a change. Just rest assured that PIF is in our best interest and trust we will do all we can to get things back on track. Rely on Jules and Toni, they are there for you and are willing to help where help is needed. I am also here in a passive capacity to assist, should it be necessary to contact me, feel free to do so. I look forward to working with each of you.
