This bloody heat today was really making life unpleasant. Hopefully it'll drop 7/8 degrees at least by Vapestock. Please Gods? -Magnus

ahhh...the can't breathe stale humid air that hits you as you come off your plane...it just screams "Welcome to Florida!"

That's the great thing about the Gulf Coast.... except for the days right before and after a hurricane the air is always far FAR more tolerable than the central strip of the State. And the location for Vapestock is lovely. -Magnus
I shouldn't complain being as I'm 10 minutes from the beaches here in St. Pete..but darn it gets HOT! FTR, I whine during winter too!

This is going to be interesting. I goto a dozen conferences a year but never to a non-professional smallish gathering like this. I'm going to be lost w/o my badges, schedule, poker rooms, and healthy doses of evil genius. Hrmm.

Hi. I live near Miami and will be driving up to stay with friends near Tarpon Springs. I am really looking forward to this. Magnus you said "smallish" do we have any idea of attendance numbers?

Judging from the number of active people on this board that reside in Tampa and surrounding areas, I would say 200 sounds conservative. Oh well, just trying to guestimate.... no biggie
