Don't think i've ever seen anyone complain about 101's customer service.
I've seen the occasional complaint about 101 here. Perhaps because I had a less than satisfactory experience I'm more attuned to them. I've seen enough positive comments I'll attribute my single bad occurrence to someone there having a bad day, if and until I have another bad one. They have such good prices and availability of things I'd have to order from China that I'm sure I'll end up ordering something from them again eventually.

I received my Clone from WetVapes today and unfortunately it would not connect with the center pin on my Kanger Aerotank Megas ( I own 3 of these and 3 minis as well ). I called WetVapes and they are going to swap mine out for one of the new models with the new 510 mod.

Great service and I should have another one back in my hands in a week and it will be the new Model as well. I am very pleased with how they have treated me. Thumbs up !!

Sounds like the person you talked to and that company is a good, professional company. Good to know because I highly doubt 101 would've handled that situation in a similar fashion.

I got a faulty unit from 101 vape. They replaced it promptly for me. All I did was show them a video duplicating my problem. I've ordered tons of stuff from 101 and have always found their customer service to be top notch.
