Another GG copy

Some people cant stop it. They still copy the GG. Now was a "man" that I thought he was more serious than that and he also is an old member on ECF. But he didnt resist, he done this abominating action to copy the Slim. His name is Cisco. I never had issues with this man before but he deside to show his "talent"

Ei you guys, you can do better than this. Think better and you will make a good cig.

Its the last time that I see a copy of GG. Next time I will press charges without a warning. I am really sick of this!

Yes, I have already made my moves to this direction mwa but it takes time. But I will not wait for the patent first to press charges to those people who dont have better things to do or they cant do.

The problem with copies is that you only need to make a 10% change to a product & theres no case. Boat makers do that all the time.

For your information I have not had a picture of this posted for months. You must of been lurking in another forum to see this. I made this mod in October of last year and even said I made this for myself and would not make any more.

You should really investigate better before you insult someone...I do this as a hobby primarily and don't own an ecig business. My post was a compliment to your design. Like I said I would never make another one but I may have to rethink that as a result of your post...

I saw this mod and thought it was pretty cool looking, I was curious to see if I could make one, so I did.

510 recessed connector, rear switch, 10440 protected battery, no solder and no wires.

Mind you, I made only one, so don't ask the obvious...

Looks more like a tribute than an attempt to steal?

Actually, in the U.S. you can copy a design for your own personal use. Until you try to market and sell them there is no basis for a lawsuit. Good luck.

I understand you and clearly you are frustrated, that is clear and I think many will understand that. I have seen the video were Cisco shows the slim copy and he states that it is not a slim. Also by looking at the device it is different: the button, the top cap and not to mention I don't think it has the same quality. Many great things in life are copied, most of the time not in the benefit of the original maker.
I have bought the SLim and it is a great little device, not so expensive as some people claim but worth every penny. We all know you put a lot of efford into making the Slim and you of all should be credited, nobody else. It is easy to copy, but designing it takes an artist, a thinker. Making a copy can be done by everybody, but does not make him/her an artist. Let's cool down and ignore this, not worth the energy IMHO.

My friend Cisco. I am very sorry about this post if it was a mistake of me. I recognize my mistakes but I was very ungry when I saw a video on youtube that a man thought he was reviewing a GG Slim but someone told him that it was a Cisco's cig. It was identical.
I dont read forums so maybe my info is wrong and if you did it to compliment the GG then I have to thank you a lot for this. Sorry again for this but it was not in purpose of course.

You should also know that you can only apply for a patent within 12 months of the first time something is disclosed. Disclosed, not offered for sale. As soon as you start talking about the features of an item, you have disclosed it. Once the 12 months passes, you have no ability to patent any aspect of the item, regardless of how well you can establish your origination of the idea. It is now considered "Publlic Domain". Do not delete this thread. I believe threads need to run there course and usually will work themselves out, it seems that has happened here, apology excepted.

I am a firm believer of gathering all the information on a situation before flapping my gums. I try to never assume anything. My mother always told me, children should be seen not heard. Glad someone was able to relay the proper information to you.
