The best line;
"Just mention the phrase "electronic cigarettes" and politicians at every level seem to go berserk. "Holy non-smokes!" they cry. "We can't allow something new and unregulated to exist in the marketplace! People might just solve their own problems without us!"
Governments Hate To Admit The Advantages Of Vaping

The comments are interesting too. Sadly, they seem to be indicative that the negative propaganda has been effective. :(
That's exactly what I was thinking. What's worse is their minds seem to be so narrowed that they will never believe the good, factual information, regardless of how it is presented.

Unlike Insite where the government had to provide highly regulated personnel to supervise addicts, smokers have been switching to vaping of their own initiative. Frequently, the entrepreneurs who guide them are empathetic fellow-travelers, despite being profit-seeking businesses. Vapers are looking after their own well-being and promoting the well-being of others into the bargain. And the free market -- much reviled among nanny state politicos -- is making it all possible
A true statement that even a lot of fellow vapers don't believe.

The nay sayers have skin in the game, meaning tax support. If vaping went viral and the tobacco market was crushed there would be a lot of losers. If you want to know who they would be, easy, see who's making the stupid comments then figure out how they get their share of government money. Pop quiz, name a tax supported institution in America that loves ecigs.
