I'm not sure what you mean. Can you adjust the alignment of the whistle to the button or are you stuck with whatever position happens to be the correct alignment?
Yes you can align the tip with the button, that is the way it is designed and works best.

Not working so good today. The draw is much tighter and I've had to mess with it constantly to get it to work. It sure isn't working near as good as my Go-Go so my patience will be short lived. I wasn't expecting it to be as good but wanted something to use on my ego batteries. I traded six of my egos today for another Go-Go kit so I'm not going to worry about finding something I like for the eGos. I'm a little bummed because it is nice looking unit and I love the tip.
Wouldn't work well for me neither, washed it before I used it and it still took 20 hits to get the nasty taste out of it, then worked ok for awhile, let it sit over night and works ok but not as well as a lr type a. I love the go-go and have put clearomizers on my two ego-t batts. they are wonderfull. I have type a 'type, b type and the turbine. They all work well, when they work, just too much hassle to keep them going. For 10 to fifteen bucks for each atty I can get more than 5 clearomizers or carts for the go go and they both work great. I like the ideal of the tanks but I've just not had any luck with them for more than a few days. I'm going to stick with my dependable Go-Go that hits the same everytime without having to mess with it all the time.
You're stuck with whatever position is lined up inside the atty. As the threads wear, the position will change and comfortable button use will be lost... and that's assuming you get one that happened to line up for easy button use to begin with.
got my turbine yesterday and just tried today...didnt blow off the prime coz i havent smelled any or im just assuming theres a lil bit of it...by writing this im vaping the turbine all i say is the vapor is really huge...a massive one...using 70/30 ry4 i still havent taste the flavor yet coz im trying to wear the prime out first...but after 10 hits still the vapor is so consistent...ill follow up later 
just realize not much of a turbine user here...anywas the turbine is tricky but it is better than ego-t...my turbine wokring flawlessly and very consistent although u have to tinker it a lil bit just to work it out...vapor is a mass and getting stronger...im just saying this because i only put one flavor in the atty yet but i have other 2 device taking other flavors...so for me the turbine is really a good try or even better a keeper
