Oh and p.s I can understand at least part of the reo hype... The blind squonk gives, at least for me, a much more consistent hit with no juice in mouth ( and I strive for consistency in my vape.... My provari is so lonely now, sitting on my dresser as a battery voltage checker lol

Has anyone considered modding this plastic button to something a little more sturdy? Anyone done it? Any thoughts, pictures?

I've had a XL for a few weeks now, but only really started using it full time earlier this week since I got my first micro coil in a IGO-L going on it. I've also thought the button was a bit cheesy but it's been performing great for me so far. Will be interesting to see if anyone has ever done anything with it :thumb:

The Reo sounds like a great PV. How are you squonking the Vmod? I've never got any juice in my mouth but I'm still learning how to get more consistency.

I've read a few different squonk, or squeenk, versions out there in the main Vmod thread. Mine is a bit different probably due to the RDA, but if that's what you are using it might help. I find it almost impossible to flood the IGO. I turn the bottom of the Vmod up just far enough so that juice covers the top of the bottle and squeeze gently for a couple of seconds. I listen for a slight gurgle. I then let go and turn it upright. No juice has yet entered the IGO. I then give the bottle a good squeeze until some of the reservoir has emptied the into the RDA and it gurgles again, louder this time. The IGO has a lip around the deck and any excess juice stays there to feed the wick. The coil needs to be high enough not to flood which is no problem because it needs to be above the lip anyway. This has become very dependable for me but it's still only about 95% of where I want to be.

Hope that makes some kind of sense.

I... Don't like to listen. Lol I used to do it by sight. So I modded my bottle with a ( literal) juice box straw and no more worries. Squeeze and take a no power drag until a little gurgle and its perfect lol

Hmm... The actual button part is the only part that's plastic... I'm starting to think about sanding down a nice button from a piece of wood, ripping the plastic off and using some sort of glue/ cement to create the bond with the bottom portion...

You can also get J-Wraps for the Vmod. Pretty much any pattern on their site...just email the owner with your choice. At least it worked for me. I ended up getting 3 wraps. They're pretty nice!

I used some Prange air hardening modeling clay to make a cover/cap to make it a bit more comfy one time. Maybe that would help?

The nicest top button I've seen on an all mechanical is on the Touchwood. There might be others, I don't get out much in the new mech world.

Sounds good to me. I have not done that yet. I'm stubborn. I'm also a tool maker and I figure I can usually make almost any machine do what I want it to do given a bit of time. Well, that doesn't always work out, but the stubborn is always there

What juice delivery device are you using?
