I wanted to see if there was anyone else that was playing Call Of Duty 4 for the Playstation 3?
I know Me and CaSHMere (aka Steve) have been tearing it up together and wondered if there were any other gunners out there.

I'm still a newbie to this game but Mr. CaSH is on point, But we just wanted to see some new faces and add some new friends to kill.

Hi....

Yep.....Another PS3 addict here......Used to play COD4 constantly for at least 8 months from when it came out......I'm in a clan called the OGC......That's "Old Gits Club"......We're a bunch of older gamers that just play for a laugh....

About three weeks ago, a bunch of us started playing COD4 and RB6V2 again .....There are about 20 of us playing one or the other most nights at the moment......We were playing COD5, but got bored of that quite quickly for some reason....I think I'll only be playing it for the next two weeks though and then I'll be moving to KillZone 2.......Cant wait for that.....And yes I have played the demo and I'm still exited about it......

As I'm from the UK though, I don't know if I'll be on at the same time as you are, being as your in the US......Normally on from around 9pm to 12pm GMT......

Have you played the Killzone 2 demo yet ?

If you haven't....Get it downloaded......I must have played through it around 20 times so far......Its about 1.2Gb......

Some of the multi player maps look absolutely fantastic......Roll on the 27th....

Too bad, I have a 360 here. COD 4 is a goodin. Love COD 4 and 5, but it has been all Fallout 3 for the last month.

Completely KillZone 2 Will be my next purchase for sure!!!!
I'm going to download the demo now. I've been on the website Killzone.com and saw all the reviews and vids.. so I guess now it's time to try it out.

My husband actually worked on COD 5 as a programmer this past summer. We had to spend 4 months in LA to do it AND I got to play it before anyone else did =) The dogs are the bestest!

I play cod 4&5 on the 360, but I will be getting killzone 2 it will give me a reason to turn on my ps3, I hope. I’m a grumpy old gamer with the reflexes of a dead cat, I’m also a fine bullet magnet.
I have little big planet but I have not played it online.

Unfortunately our American friends can only get the killzone 2 demo on the American psn if they have pre ordered the game.

If your American and haven't pre-ordered Killzone 2......Just get the address of a UK Hotel and use that to set up a UK account ......You can then download the demo from the UK servers......According to my USA account, I live in the Paris Casino on the Vegas strip........It might be a bit sneaky but it works.....

I played it on the computer for quite a while...not to brag but I'm good! lol

Have an xbox360 but I am more of a computer geek, like computer versions of games better.

Just got done beating Far Cry2, DeadSpace, CoD:World at War and World in Conflict.

Only one of those I would of gotten on console instead is Dead Space...it was a great game, but the controls were a bit clunky on the computer...you can tell it was made for the console!

I love that game, but want to practice more before I get online and get my .... kicked..lol. I get too excited now and freak out when I'm being shot at . I've really enjoyed just watching Daniel just play. I used to play Battlefield at LAN parties and it brings me back to those days. I'm such a nerd when it comes to video games! I'll get on and play with you guys too if I can pry Daniel off it long enough for me to practice first.

I got a ps3 mainly to play games with my friend once his dumb @$$ spilled coke inside his gaming pc and didnt want to rebuild it. I am lvl 55 on COD4 and decided not to do prestige.

Fast forward to today. I talked him into fixing his gaming pc (I rebuilt it for him) and now both of our PS3's havent been turned on in almost a month. PC FPS games .... all over any console. Console is still fun to play but fps games on a controller suck and the graphics arent as good as on the PC.

Anyway maybe I will fire it back up and play with you guys. Im sure after a month of not playing I will suck donkey balls but it will be fun anyway!

Are that old chestnut of keyboard and mouse v pad. I cant use a keyboard and mouse to save my life, but I have lots of pc gaming friends who cant use a pad. You can use the keyboard and mouse setup in unreal on the ps3 if that’s your thing.
I personally don’t like the ps3 pad for any shooters, I think the 360 pad is better, but for driving games the ps3 pad is king. Also no driving game on console has ever come close the gran turismo series.

I've got my copy of cod4 on the way, found it for 20 bucks on amazon earlier this week so i'll be playin' soon enough. You guys play Warhawk or High Stakes Poker? Those are my main online games at the moment. I herd Flower was pretty trippy, might be downloading that after work.
