To add to my topic I quit smoking for 2 years (smoked for 5 years) I went from lazy bum with no energy to a person with a lot of energy I'm addicted to going to the gym and finally studying more harder in classes :). The Negatives would be just like what MikeE87 and also dehydration. Too much money was spent on something I already have :(

In the 31/2 years I've been vaping and not smoking..I've only had 2 colds and they were gone almost before they got started. Symptoms lasting only a day and no lingering cough. I've read many more reports of this :)

I also haven't had any new clothes in almost 4 years because all my money goes to vape gear! I'd rather have a new mod or atty than a new pair of shoes:oops:

I very much appreciate how so many of the long(er) time vapers out there have had such marked improvements in addition to getting a solid exercise regimen into their life. A lot of people seem to forget about the rest of the healing you can do to your body when you can breath again. Keep it up guys/gals!

I would also like to see any scientific long-term studies on vaping. ...but I just don't think they're out there since vaping is relatively new. Even the newest study from my neck of the woods (Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA) says that the largest missing thing is a long-term study of PG/VG effects on humans (since even because PG/VG is deemed safe in things like inhalers, nebulizers, and fog machines, the amounts we ingest from vaping is several orders of magnitude greater than those devices).
