We are big time gamers here. We have xbox 360, wii, ps 2, all the oldies but goodies - atari, old school nintendo, super nintendo, nintendo 64, i'm sure i'm missing some in there but u get the gist. these days i'm mostly playing Sacred 2 on my pc and Left for dead 2 with my son on the 360. I still like pulling out the atari every now and then for some good old fashioned pac-man or super breakout ;)

not a pc gamer, tried wow for a little bit, didnt like it too much. Nowadays I really just play halo 3 or modern warfare 2 on xbox360.

I really want them to make a good mmorpg for a console, it could be easily done.

it seems that more can be done with an mmo with keyboard and mouse...if they did keyboard and mouse with consoles id try it out...mods and such would be tough to come by though

not true, thats just the general way of thinking because nobody has really put in a good effort to make an mmorpg environment with a console. Of course I wouldn't have the same capabilities that I'd have with all the keys of a keyboard, but I'd still have more than enough button combos with an xbox 360 controller or a ps3 controller for a good MMO. I don't like how people associate complexity with greatness as far as MMO's go, not everybody wants to sit there and spend hours binding keys, not everyone has that kind of time. Some people like myself just want a simple, easy to use MMORPG. And of course like you said, there are codes that can easily be written to make the 360 interface mouse-friendly. And keyboards already work fine. Worse comes to worse they could have a mouse/keyboard req. Though I think a controller req would be better, as it doesn't increase the cost of being able to enjoy the game.

took yesterday off from work for a 3 day weekend. oooooo my pally hit 80 last night (6th 80 on server). Wow just wow. started doing heroics at 3AM and by 9pm last night i had 126 emblems of truimpt. enough for 3 piece T9. lol it was nice.
@bewser Nice i'll have to link my beatiful 40 inch. I'll never go back to monitors.

just beat Uncharted 2, and up to I think a level 21 online on Uncharted 2. Play mainly deathmatch, done a couple other of the online modes but deathmatch is my favorite. I don't even need CODMW2. I like Uncharted a lot more.

Want to get Little Big Planet (played a demo of it on the PSP and it was fun, figure the ps3 will be even more fun), Arkham Asylum, Tekken 6 and a couple others, can't remember which ones they are though.

I'm just finishing that up right now. Pretty fun game.

I thought the ending scene was pretty funny. The story is awesome and the game play is great. Online is a lot of fun, but it seems no one ever stays in a room so you have to constantly search for players after a match which can take a few seconds to a couple minutes.

Huge Half-Life fan here. Still waiting for Episode 3. Scratch that- still waiting for some news on Episode 3.

I played CS since 1.3. Played consistently for years and years but I barely touch it now. Mainly just surf. TF2 is my main game right now. Soldier/Demo update is coming tomorrow... Free weekend starts tomorrow also for anyone that wants to check it out. Not a big fan of noobs flooding the servers but more players is good for any game. :D

oooooo fire you haven’t seen patch notes then.... hehehe
Check this out.
as soon as you hit lvl 80. you get what ever gear you can and what ever else you need cause your about to go on mad dash. It's called a “WORKING LOOKING FOR GROUP SYSTEM" K so first off you queue up for a random heroic. It puts you in a database of your pvp realm list. and a few others. That means your not just pulling people from your realm.
That system is pulling people from 15+ servers. And i'll tell you man A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE USEING IT. If your tank or a healer it's instant. From the moment you hit accept on being a tank or healer BAM!!!! Group made and the 5 selected players hit ready on the ready check. The whole group is then teleported to the random selected dungeon. you can type in party and S chat but not whisper since there in different realms. Once you complete the dungeon you get 2 extra badges from using the LFG system and you are instantly teleported back to where you were when you queued (farming leather maybe in storm peaks). DPS generally have a 2-8 min wait depending what time of day. But it's very smart to keep a tank or healer friend near by and just both party up then join together. Bam instant again. I have a friend and he was gearing a tank so i tagged along as dps for the 1st day. Once i had my 126 badges i bought my 3piece Tier 9 and the next day i tanked for his brand new lvl 80.( this is due to a fresh lvl 80 can't really tank without buying a bunch of blacksmith made stuff and it can get expensive). When your doing Random heroics with the LFG system you can repeat the same heroic as many times as you want. If you have 4 friends you can all party and still use the LFG system for the extra badges/free teleport/and the ability to do more heroic runs then there is heroics.
It's been a hella fun week since 3.3 came out. By far the biggest patch since 2.6 or bigger. The 3 new heroics are pretty hard and really fun. They have used new boss and mob tactics we've never seen before and the storyline is so cool.
And when you get near the end of the 3rd Heroic and the lich king is chasing you down as you try to protect a wounded Jaina Proudmore, you'll know that your glad you stuck around for the stupid TOC grinds.

Edit : horrible spelling hehe
