Heck, I have rebuildable backups for my rebuildables at this point. I went to genesis style back in the day and never looked back. I do keep my old Vivi Novas around, but that's because I can rebuild them blindfolded and they are nice for loaning out to ego users with broken gear, not because I'll ever use them again.

I really can't. Since the switch to mods I have simply not been able to use ego style batteries with protank like tanks. I have tried. Example being testing flavors shops don't have on drip just can't be tasted by my taste buds really.

Or another example, shops that have samples in tanks or drip, trying them both back to back, and seeing that I cannot taste the same juice out of a tank... :(

I'm still using my aertank mega and mini, and I like them. Not as good as the kayfun, but certainly convenient. And I have some higher nic juices I still need to use up. I made the mistake of putting some 12mg nic in the kayfun and nearly blew my brains out, lol!

I'm putting up 100 bales of hay right now and the mvp with mega at is out there with me for that job.

I'm also short on mods at the moment that can power up some of these rebuildables well.

Yes - well... sorta :)

My latest APV is a Seven-30w v2 (big, heavy 22650 mod) and I was running a genuine Kayfun on it but I've since gotten an AeroTank Giant because:

a) it looks boss sat on top of the 7-30w

b) I was getting a little fed up of inconsistent wicking on my Kayfun

I still use the Kayfun for the majority of my vaping - mostly for my own e-liquid mixes but the Giant's there for when I want something simple - generally for vaping stuff like Five Pawns. Also, the Giant has *way* better airflow control so sometimes it just suits my mood better.

What are the pros and cons of rba/rda vs clearos in terms of safety?

Are clearos safer?

To be honest im thinking of trying a mod set up. But im reading about the dangers of rba/rda if you mess up the rebuild or your setup drops down to the ground by accident. You cant lie it down or it might leak and some dangers also related to metals/dust these mods are made with(rust also could be an issue).

Thoughts?

I bought and rocked a nautilus mini after using rbas, rdas and rtas. I think the bvcs are a great vape for the simplicity and I usually take one along for vacations, long trips etc as a backup. I did however buy a reo grand and nothing else has been touched since. If I do travel in the future, I would probably still take the nautilus incase a coil pops or something drastic. The nautilus fits on just about anything and works great.

Sure, I use clearos sometimes to this day. They are a tool like any other and have their place like any other. For me, they are nice and quick to set up, clean, etc... when I had a busy day and fine I need to rebuild an atty before refilling it. Sometimes, it's easier to screw in a coil to a Protank, fill it and vape than mess around with wrapping or wicking before refilling. It doesn't happen everyday, but every week or two I end up doing it in the evening, or on a busy Saturday afternoon between errands or work in the yard. They work just fine for me and are a great cheat. I also use Protank Mini II's in my Mircostick sometimes when I want a few pre-loaded attys to take out and about with me. 95% of the time I use my Spheroids since they don't leak. Ever.
