Nicotine river is nearly half the price of that with free shipping.I will try it someday but all i have ever used is essential depot.

Vegetable Glycerin
I have to second this. I use Nicotine River for nic, essential depot (dual gallons) for VG n PG. No complaints, course I haven't had to experience the new shipping with Nic River.

And I'll third it [emoji4]. I order my nic, pg and vg from them. I also have no complaints with this site. Good prices and the stuff came quickly

I don't have a complaint about the products I have received from Essential Depot but their customer service is non-existent.

I had a couple of simple questions about a purchase I had made with them and despite no less than three emails over a period of a month, I never heard so much as a peep back from them.

Needless to say, I now take my business elsewhere.

I get mine from ED. Only had one problem, with the last gallon of VG I got. The plastic jug was loose in a cardboard box a little larger than the jug, and the top had taken a hard blow somewhere down the line. It was pushed in on one side by around 30 degrees. Luckily the plastic hadn't split and I was able to straighten it by sticking a piece of 1" dowel in the spout and bending it back up. Having something that heavy rolling around loose in a flimsy cardboard box seems to be asking for trouble. That was only my second gallon and I can't remember how the first one was packed.

The stuff is good though, and with free shipping through Prime it's a good deal.

Try calling. I spoke with the owner a couple of times on first try.
I received PG in an all VG glycube twice (out of 5).
They act like it's "Hold Everything and fix this order!" and correct replacement is on the way the next day.
I don't remember if I tried e-mailing. I always try phone first when it's available.

No free shipping anymore, but it appears they've tried to make up the difference by lowering the gallon price from $19.99 to 13.99. Still a great deal, just bought 2 gallons and shipping was a measly 7 bucks.

I got a 3VG and 1PG glycube a couple months back and I'm now set for years with juice. I've been using essential depot base ever since I began making my own juice. My first purchase was buy 5 quarts and get them at half price but that was a couple years back and it was getting time to restock. Their VG has just the right amount of sweetness that goes just fine with my tobac juices. 4 gallons for 40 bucks is a great deal no matter how you look at it.

Yes of course however ...

From the ED website:

"Our customer service goal is simple: We are committed to providing our customers total satisfaction. Every time. Guaranteed.

If your question is not answered online below, use our online live chat support, email us at service@essentialdepot.com or call us toll free at (866) 840-2495.

Please feel free to drop us a line to share your thoughts on the site, all comments welcomed."

Additionally, from another page on the website:

"If you wish to speak with a helpful representative, Live Chat is available on all pages of our site and during checkout. If a live representative is not available you will automatically be taken to an email link that will send your question to service@essentialdepot.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

For the quickest response inquiries about wholesale pricing, email us at service@essentialdepot.com" ( emphasis mine )

So yes, I could have called but a couple of simple questions should not have required a phone call. They clearly offer email as a contact option and utilizing that option was much easier and faster for me personally so that is what I used. I know they received the emails so it's not like they got lost in the ether ... they chose to ignore them for whatever reason.

At that point, I had no reason or desire to have anything further to do with them. There is no valid reason for a web based business not to be able to respond to email inquires in today's business environment, at least not in my opinion. I'd wager if my email had been about a potential large purchase, they would have had no problem getting back to me in short order.

Overall it's no big deal, there are other places to get PG/VG and for me at least, I prefer to support businesses that don't ignore customers who have only placed modest orders. I just thought I'd share my experience since the OP asked. :)
