Hi Everybody:

There are two different shipments of "The Vapor" electronic cigarette that we are sending out. Some of you will have received the charging instructions for 8 hours, 3 days in a row; and some of you will have received the charging instructions for 5 hours, 3 days in a row. This is due to new technology that was instituted on the second shipment to reduce charging times. The two shipments are eqaul in qaulity.

If you received one of our Vapor eCigs without our name "The Vapor" imprinted on the unit, then you have received our first shipment. If you received one of our Vapor eCigs that does indeed have the words "The Vapor" imprinted on the unit, then you have received our second shipment.

Our first shipment (1,000 units), with no name, was sold in our test markets. It proved to be a very successful campaign, and we have nearly sold out. So our second shipment, we went ahead and had our name The Vapor imprinted on the eCigs since we were now ready for "Prime Time."

We are exercising quality control here at the office by testing each and every battery that goes out to make sure they don't belong in the "Dud Pile."

It is important that you use all of the "juice" in the battery before your initial charge. You also should attach your battery to the charger FIRST before plugging it into the power. So attach first, then power second.

Charge your battery fully over a 3-day period as directed, and use your device in between charge times, in order for it to work at its optimum capabilities. The atomizer takes anywhere from 24-36 hours of use for the break-in period to take place. This is when your atomizer becomes sullied or dirtied. As they say, The Squeaky Wheel Gets the Grease. So this holds true for the atomizer too. Take a long, slow, quiet drag, then inhale, for best results. I say "slow," so your atomizer has time to "cook" or make the steam/vapor.

If you are e-dripping, please make sure you blow out your atomizer into a tissue to remove oil residue; then clean your contacts/threads. Do this on a regular basis for optimum performance. Good, solid contact between the atomizer and the battery is needed for full battery power.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Thank you.
Debbie

Your battery will take a full three days of charging before it works at its optimum capabilities"

I am Sorry, But Your Battery Instructions Are Not Correct and Should Be Corrected Before You End Up Taking A Lot Of Batteries Back..

I am not going to correct it, unless of course I see some $$$$$

Please No Offense Intended.

Happy Vaping!

>> Also I would like to let you know that our lifetime warranty isn't valid if you are using our atomizer with someone else's battery.

This is what the Vapor Cig website says today and did say over the past days:
"Do you have a warranty? Yes, we do. We are so confident in the craftsmanship and technology behind our Vapor Electronic Cigarettes that we have a lifetime warranty on the atomizer."

Vapor Cig, please clarify where your newly emailed warranty terms were disclosed to potential customers before their atomizer purchases.

Yea, I Also Bet Do Not Use Your "Vapor Battery" With A "Non-Vapor Atomizer", "Charger" and / or any Other.

Makes Sense, Its Their Special Vapor Units Unlike Any Other, So Don't Mix & Match. (Don't Drink & Drive).

Ohh Whats Today's Battery Charging Instructions?

LOL

Keep Vapin!

So i'm on day 2 of the 8 hour charging and it's pretty obvious 1 of the batts I recieved is not working right. The one works fine, easy draw, good vapor, but the other I can draw on it very hard and it barley lights up then starts blinking, little to no vapor produced. So they also got an email from me this morning. So whats the matter w/ the battery instructions cell? I don't wanna ruin the one thats working, give a heads up bro:)..

Well 10 minutes after sending the email about my dead batt I get a phone call, it's Debbie!!! Now how's that for customer service? I love it lol. Anyways she asked me if my batts were from the 1st or 2nd shipment and I told her the 1'st since there was no vapor imprint on the battery's. She said they would be sending a replacement immediately. So customer service gets an A+ in my book. Thanks again Debbie:)...

Yep,i have alot of faith in what Marian is doing, that is why i ordered the 1000 from her(didn't get it yet, darn!!!,lol).Anyways, sure she will have a few bugs etc. just getting started out,but look at the other manufacturers that have been making these for a few years.Do they sell products that are 100% bulletproof and work without a glitch?,alot of them still don't have it right yet and won't ever, lmao!!How many stories in here of someone getting a new battery or atomizer and it fails as soon as you use it.,,,,:)

Marian put her name on the line here, she means business, the last thing she wants to do is to fail in this business. So give her a break,i'm sure she will address every product she sells that has a problem.Either that or she will go crawl under a rock somewhere and hide, don't think she wants to do that, lol:D

I think you made a wise choice Silver. If working correctly her 1000 cigs are pretty good. The atomizer mesh stuff that catches the liquid is huge compared to my other generic pens and the atomizer itself looks very well built. I guess only time will tell but so far so good. Has anyone ordered the 2000? I know one person here did but it wasn't for them, not enough vapor if I remember correctly. Hopefully they can sort that out so we can see some vapor 2000 reviews also. I might pick up one of those within the next couple of weeks to see what her 2000mini is all about:)

Got my 1000 yesterday and so far LOVE IT! It was working right out of the box. I was looking for more vapor than the 2000 (mini) and definitely got it. Lots of nice thick vapor on the exhale and an easy draw. I'm vaping zero nic cherry right now--yummy.

I've said it before, but it bears repeating that customer service is outstanding! I called yesterday to check on the delivery status and Debbie was able to provide me with the UPS tracking number right away. 2 hours later, the package is on my doorstep.

I think these folks really stand behind their product. I am a very satisfied customer (especially after my recent horrendous run-ins with epuffer). Yay!

Glad you like the 1000 fawn, did you receive from the new shipment? And yes their customer service is outstanding for sure. What charging directions did you receive? I was told 8 hrs for 3 days, then 5 hrs for 3 days, I'm going w/ the 8 hrs for 3 days, hope I don't ruin my bat, I can't see and extra 3 hrs doing that much damage but you never know with these things....

it looks like I got the 2nd batch instructions; BUT I'm pretty sure I have the first batch e-cig, as "The Vapor" is not stamped anywhere on my battery or atomizer. I really can't make head nor tail of all the instructions floating around--I used the battery straight out of the box and it worked all night. Then I charged it for 8 hours overnight. It's working fine right now--i guess that's all that matters! :)

Lane;
I can't wait to see the atomizer on the 1000,,,for 20 bucks not a bad deal with the warranty etc.In the future i want to get a few more atomizers and experiment with it on a screwdriver, that thing should smoke like a chimney, hehe,Hey 20 bucks each, hell i spent more than that in 3 days on analogs,so i will experiment,i know i will void the warranty on it,but hell, might be a killer setup.

On the 2000 i'm sure someone got one, didn't put out a whole lot of vapor so they contacted Marian and they let her trade it back in for a 1000.Remember though, these take a day or two to break in so my guess is that the 2000 will vape fine after it is broken in.

That was me! I traded it in after just a couple of days, so I probably didn't give it a real chance. It wasn't bad by any means, but I decided that if I wanted something that looked like an analog, I might as well get a super mini. So the penstyle was the obvious choice for me--I am super happy with it so far.

Vapor Cig, please clarify where your newly emailed warranty terms were disclosed to potential customers before their atomizer purchases.

Hi Jamie:

Marian asked me to answer your question in the following manner:

Our warranty is not new, nor unreasonable. In general, warranties are given based upon using the parts of a device or unit for their intended purposes, and the device, as designed, undergoes rigorous testing procedures during the research and development stages.

There is no way we can test our parts with countless other manufacturers' parts when used together. Nor can we offer a warranty that covers unknown parts being used in conjuction with ours.

Also, we cannot warranty that using our part will not damage another manufacturer's part when used together. Therefore, mixing and matching is not recommended or warrantied.

We can only stand behind our guarantee and warranty based upon our own knowledge and experience of using our devices as they were meant to be used.

Lastly, giving a lifetime warranty on an atomizer is generous enough in itself and should satisfy most customers, especially when "lifetime" is unheard of while this new invention is still undegoing many changes. Many eCig suppliers do not even give a warranty, and if they do, it is very limited in time and/or scope. It is also a rare thing to see a supplier warranty the parts when eLiquid is used.

I hope you can understand now our position on this issue. We want to make all of our customers happy and will stand behind them 100% by continuing to offer this very generous warranty on our products ONLY when they are used as intended and as tested by our company.

Thank you,
Debbie

Jamie, this is what I asked them about....using the atomizer with other batts, and the warranty on that. And the above was the response I received. I can't say I really find it unreasonable....but do wish it was different....LOL

Ah well.....

Debbie (and Marian)... the response does not address the issue, and I'm disappointed by that.

I can't say I really find it unreasonable....
I don't necessarily find it unreasonable either.
