My 510 is a bit tighter than my P3 and I did need to use the included allen key (wrench) to get it off the first few times - I put ejuice on every time I opened it and it did get easier. Not sure what to suggest :(

What he said. Out of the box I was forced to use the included wrench to back the base out; however, after a short break-in period (about 5 or so tank refills) all goes back to easy hand removal. And it is totally worth the time and effort. I offer the fact that I ordered my second Kabuki yesterday as proof.

just saying........

If you don't mind me asking, where did you get the nautilus P3? I need one more and cannot find one anywhere except a ProVape dealer is South Africa, to whom I've written. I hope to hear from them tomorrow. Assuming the price and postage is not outrageous, I'll buy. But if there are other dealers out there, I'd sure like to know. Thanks.

You're lucky you already have one. If I'd started vaping a few months earlier I'd have been able to buy a few of them myself. As it is I'm extremely lucky to have got a new one, but it cost me dearly.

They should have made more than they did. I only wish they had!

We have an O-ring conundrum, and one I've thought about, but haven't seen mentioned.

While, on the one hand, we HAVE to use vliquid to lube up the O-rings to get them into the glass, the other hand is pretty much laughing at us. Vliquid causes O-rings to swell, making it more difficult if it's a tight fit to begin with.

Oh swell.

I haven't had any problems with o-rings swelling but I don't know what material they are in the various tanks at hand. The material used will determine whether they change size. Back in my days of handling chemicals there was Viton, Buna-N, rubber, and a bunch more compounds depending on what you were trying to seal. I suspect that the manufacturers use the cheaper available and let us worry about whether it's the right stuff or not.

My stab at providing sleep inducing massively overcomplicated information is brought to you on a lazy Sunday where everyone needs to take a nap.

I watch the football games so I can listen to Sam Elliott's voice during the commercials. Hubby hasn't caught on yet...

I think the voice of most of those commercials is actually Trace Adkins... Sam Elliot does a lot though... but... I don't actually care.

KY
Trace Adkins = country singer
Sam Elliott = sexist man alive (the Voice of RAM)

HUGE difference. HUGE!

MsLoud, one day, we may meet, possibly when Kentucky beats Alabama in a football game, in Tuscaloosa, and your opinion will change in a moment for that title [sexiest man alive] resides in Kentucky and it is held by my humble self.

Mike... are you trying to make me cry?

Well, it all comes down to how long it takes to machine them, and since I already know, I told you the price. I thought about it already, and rejected it, obviously, because of price. But yeah, if we can sell a couple hundred of them at 120 bucks ea, I'll just about break even.

Maybe u guys are already doing this to lube the o rings but what I've been doing is running the dropper around the top edge of the glass while filling the tank and the o rings lube themselves as you twist the bottom section back on. Then when I put it all on the radius / device I tighten the whole thing down then give the glas a slight turn loose from the bottom. Makes it easy peasy to open when refilling. No lever neccesary. I have the kabuki with the 510 conection. I do have one question though and that is why does it take a half to a full tank of nasty vaping before getting any decent flavor has anybody found a better way to prime the coil?
