1) I'm not going into the coil selling business. There are thousands of dealers that carry the nautilus coil.
2) I'm positively not going into the temp-control coil selling business. If you want to get temp control coils AND a Kabuki at the same time, put in a request at Vapor Shark and ask them to carry the Kabuki, and spare O-rings.
3) This is the ProVape sub-forum... I'm a guest here, and since ProVape doesn't make temp control devices, I wouldn't expect too much in the way of input regarding TC coils.
4) Every dealer in the world has access to the Kabuki... They don't carry them because customers don't request them, and when customers do request them, the dealers often do not take our advice to carry spares, thus the "gun to the head" comment.
I'm frustrated that the dealers don't carry the spares as well. But truthfully, That's about their inability to see the value in servicing their customers, not about me, or my device.
Complaining that the Kabuki doesn't come with spare parts is like complaining that when you purchase a new vehicle, it doesn't come with an extra set of tires and a spare windshield. Surely if you keep the vehicle long enough, you'll need these things thus driving up the price of ownership even further.
I feel bad that people have tight budgets, but it's just the way it is. I wish there was more I could do. With each run of Kabuki I examine the profitability and I have to answer the tough question... "Do I raise the price, keep doing what I'm doing, or stop making it entirely?" and so far, it has been a tough choice each time. Yes, some people say they would pay more. But outside of the forum, more people complain about the price being too high as opposed to mentioning what a great value it is.
