1) I'm not going into the coil selling business. There are thousands of dealers that carry the nautilus coil.
2) I'm positively not going into the temp-control coil selling business. If you want to get temp control coils AND a Kabuki at the same time, put in a request at Vapor Shark and ask them to carry the Kabuki, and spare O-rings.
3) This is the ProVape sub-forum... I'm a guest here, and since ProVape doesn't make temp control devices, I wouldn't expect too much in the way of input regarding TC coils.
4) Every dealer in the world has access to the Kabuki... They don't carry them because customers don't request them, and when customers do request them, the dealers often do not take our advice to carry spares, thus the "gun to the head" comment.

I'm frustrated that the dealers don't carry the spares as well. But truthfully, That's about their inability to see the value in servicing their customers, not about me, or my device.

Complaining that the Kabuki doesn't come with spare parts is like complaining that when you purchase a new vehicle, it doesn't come with an extra set of tires and a spare windshield. Surely if you keep the vehicle long enough, you'll need these things thus driving up the price of ownership even further.

I feel bad that people have tight budgets, but it's just the way it is. I wish there was more I could do. With each run of Kabuki I examine the profitability and I have to answer the tough question... "Do I raise the price, keep doing what I'm doing, or stop making it entirely?" and so far, it has been a tough choice each time. Yes, some people say they would pay more. But outside of the forum, more people complain about the price being too high as opposed to mentioning what a great value it is.

Got it. Well thank for your time in clarification and willingness to engage. After I get,and subsequently love I'm sure, the kabuki chances are I'll be in need of a second. I'll certainly ask my baker and whomever else I deal with to carry spare tanks etc. im sure you have a more than reasonable minimum. Order for them. I'll also look for your authorized vendor list which I assume is on your site so I can maybe kill a couple birds with one stone. I agree a lot of vendors just don't see the value or simply don't understand the value of proper customer service. And as Someone who manages that en masse it is very important to me. So I genuinely appreciate your effort on that front.

Thanks again for your time and I hope you can keep making them. Obviously people are very much in love with the device as I hope to be. A lot of your other stuff certainly looks very nice as well. I have no doubt this won't be the only thing you make that I try.

The coil thought was just because I assumed any distributor could source them and they could allow cart fluffed for the flat rate shipping. But I get where you're coming from.

Do you have any plans on releasing a "long kit" to increase tank capacity? Or does one exist that I missed oh your site? Or polycarbonate tanks?

Thanks again and enjoy your day.

Ps I failed to realize the sub thread as I came in via tapatalk search. My apologies for all the off topic stuff. I'm sending mtbaker by request to expand their kabuki options now.

I'm excited. My kabuki is already set for delivery day after order. The benefit of living close to mtbaker. So I'll be in with the cool kids soon enjoying some hassle free cigarette like vapijg.

I also want to thank you for focusing on an area manufacturers don't seem to care about. It's nice to have new options of quality merchandise that are huge chimney huge drip tip sub ohm cloud monsters. That alone does indicate a higher price. Beyoncé you can't stamp ten thousand of them presumably.

Sorry we got off on the wrong foot. Hope this is the beginning of a good relationship where you'll have my utmost support

Didn't really add much but it brought you satisfaction I guess so rock on

Hey maybe you can offer an opinion. Which coils do you find the best. Either temp control or standard?

Let me add my opinion ... I hate to see Zen feel the need to justify anything HoH does or makes for the vaping industry.

The way things are heading ... we could all use a little more Zen in our daily vape journey.

Bottom line is ... much like ProVape, HoH sells itself with everything it does :)

Cheers

These were major topics within this thread. If you search a few pages back, you'll find them.

Great. Thanks for your help. Have you tried the vapor shark coils? And she's spectrum tanks offer metal choices also or is that a HoH only? I'm not stressed about getting the soared kit right away. Just when an order permits it. Metal works great if you're using temp control. I am just in the habit of filling before I go out it ifbusing metal.

I found sweet vapes $9 price reasonable but I don't know if they sometimes drop much lower like $1/coil. I haven't bought this coil in ages.

I'll check electronicstix. I have two packs of bvc and one temp so in set for a bit providing indict get clumsy. I have a couple tanks to sell too freeing up funds to expand on this one.

Vapor shark coil? Nope. Didn't even know they made one. So far just Vaporwerx and aspire. I don't use temp limiting.

Spectrum tanks, an online vendor, sells only glass. The SS tank is available at House of Hybrids and apparently pro vape for sure.
Other typical places for Hoh gear are electronic stix and jjvapes. They may have it, or might not. I don't remember.

I have never seen $1/coil. Maybe if you can buy them in a brick. Granted, I've had the device for only about a month, and haven't been buying coils for that long.

Just saying, if you googled these vendors and looked for yourself, all of your questions could be answered quickly. Again, just saying.

I have never seen $1/coil. Maybe if you can buy them in a brick. Granted, I've had the device for only about a month, and haven't been buying coils for that long.

So, for what it's worth... Wholesale on the Authentic Nautilus coils is $1.75 ea. in bulk of 5,000 pcs. Most dealers buy them from distributors at a cost of $1.90 ea. because they can't handle the volume... So that translates to a dealer cost of $9.50 per 5 pack, plus shipping , as distributors do not offer free shipping because it isn't "really" free. And shipping from China on coils is pretty stiff as well.

So, when you see an online offer for Coils at less than $9.50 per pack they are either fakes, or the dealer is buying them in HUGE volume, even higher than the volume I buy them at. And even then I think the next price break is another 11 cents off if you get to 10,000 pcs.

I have tried a few fakes that were not bad, but it's a crap shoot.

There are a couple manufacturers of TC coils, though I don't keep up with that. I find the whole idea of temp limiting to be a foolish pursuit. Flame all you like. I won't be defending that position. It's my opinion and it won't be changing any time soon.

So, H00ligan, yeah we got off on the wrong foot. And it's as much my fault as it is yours. So lets toss this one into the archives and press on regardless.

GROUP FRIGGIN' HUG?

I believe we should!

Yah definitely. Thank you all for your help. I just fired t up my initial Impression is

WOW. IM STUNNED BY THE AMOUNT OF FLAVOR.

you guys weren't overselling it at all.

I first Popped in my adv coil hasn't even broken in

Drop tip is nice but too big for me.

Zen I'd very much like to start off on the right foot and group hug.

Temp control for me allows two things. More pure taste / no combustion of material obviously but in pre made coils it bean substantially reduce the cost as they can last absolutely ages. I agree that it's very early now and I won't be buying any more tc mods. I do probably see anther kabuki in my short term future ! Well done with this. I can't believe the nautilus coils can do this well even though hey unproved them since my time wth that tank there has to be a majority of taste based on kabuki design. Pretty impressive job and I can see why you're defended fervently.

I bought these and am now questioning their authenticity...

Anyone else get these and have good things to say?

Why are you questioning authenticity? I've irdered a lot from sweet vapes and never had reason to think that anything was fake. I ordered mine from them too they're a dollar more at mtbaker

16.5 watts on an I stick 30 is amazing. My adv tastes as good as it does in the GEM. Vapor characteristics are a bit different but the taste is almost the same. And that tank makes things taste different(and better) than anything is tried up until now

At lower watts the flavor gets muffled a bit. My guess is with each juice I'll have to find the right wattage. Interested to receive the tc coils now.

I'll say it again. I'm stunned how good this is with nautilus coils it far exceeding my what I felt were lofty expectations. I'm shocked. Changing the drip too more flavor based one made a huge difference.

Also I'm using 90% by juice right now and nary a wicking issue in sight

FYI. What it looks like on a LPG makes me wish there was a 1.2 ohm bvc coil
