Change your juice out and put in a new coil. Let it set for about 10 minutes. Take a couple of draws without firing the coil. Once you start getting a slight gurgle fire your coil. Start low and slowly work your way up with voltage. Do you use a tight draw or open draw? What's your pg/vg ratio?

I'm having the same problem with my Ti Kabuki. Vaping J.C.'s Genuine No.22 It's usually the best vaping juice, performance wise, I use. I like a open draw too. The burning was so bad, Jackie complained about the smell. I have the P3 set to 6.8 watts No BOOST, have the airflow screw almost completely closed and it's working out that way. On the other hand, Jackie loves the Ti, says it's her favorite Kabuki.

The only thing I can think of is... It's not primed good enough or the juice is to thick but I never had problem with 60/40pg juice.

Did you visually inspect the chimney to make sure the wicking holes on the coil are visible by chance?

I'm not sure if everyone realizes that Kabuki's (or the Nautilus for that matter) are NOT intended for today's higher VG juices. Unfortunately, you'd be hard pressed to walk out of any B&M in today's market with anything less than 70% VG. If you are having trouble with wicking, try adding a few drops of distilled water to your juice or find a juice that's at least a 50/50 blend. All my juices run between 70/30 - 50/50 PG/VG and I have yet to experience any wicking issues in the year that I've been (exclusively) using Kabuki's.

I got to meet Zen today at a Toronto Vape meet. Great guy and looking forward to putting my new blue glass tank on one of my Kabukis.

Free purple OMGs too!

My first vape show. Craziness. I got into the trade session with a couple of friends in the business. They set me up with a bunch of free juices. Let's just say I have more juice than I know what to do with. ;)

So the burning question is if Zen had anything to say about the upcoming ZNA Pro. Since the FDA's train wreck the clock appears to be ticking on introducing new things.

I caught that, but am I making my cosmopolitans wrong? Using vodka and Capella's cranberry flavouring...
