Everything eventually breaks, i have patronized reo for a long time and have recommended them too many people which led to sales: because i believe in them and continue to do so.

That doesn't mean i don't have a right to speak up.

And everything breaks!!!! It could be user error, could be a batch of bad parts, could be luck of the draw.

Ive had my mechanical reo for 3 years with no issues. Over time some minor issues may arise that have to be factory repaired unless you are really handy.

Regarding vv reo. The vv part is subcontracted for starters and by its very nature of being vv inherently will have some issues.

Like i said i've patronized reos for a long time and differences of opinion arise- mainly and partly because i think so highly of them

Lastly the company and the product will continue to evolve. The reo you see five years from now will probably be much better than the reo of today

With all that said i have contributed my business and many many referrals to reo and will continue to do so. As a customer im allowed to give my input. I could be 100 percent wrong - that doesnt deny me the right to say whats on my mind at the time.

There are many companies that do a rewards program, some do it successfully some dont. Rob built the company and has enough sense to know whats right for his company - that program may be wrong for reo but maybe it sparks other concepts and like i said in a previous post most programs generate more money for the business not less- nobody expects anything for free

And um you cant be serious on "how do you break a reo". They break just like anything else. I can say my mechanical reo has been dropped 50 times and still worked fine- but a minor thing on it caused it not to work and i couldnt fix it at home.

Im sure they probably have one of the lowest if not the lowest break or repair rates out of any company in the usa or abroad that doesnt mean they dont break. Means they break less
