I definitely don't see Rob's company being worth millions.

I understand your frustration. I can say Rob's always accessible through the forums and seems like a legit guy who has a good deal of passion for what he does which I and many others appreciate.

He will get you straightened out. For what its worth for less than the price of a tank of gas I just keep a spare repair kit handy. I understand not everyone can dispose of the income but if and when you can I personally think its just a good idea to have one sitting aside.

Best of luck with your issues which I'm sure Rob's already in the process of getting sorted.

If you understood rewards programs you'd understand they aren't free  Spend $10 get $1 back well the seller upst the retail to cover the reward its just a ploy to get you to shop there It appears you have been suckered by the corporations  My Reo is like my truck It is tough it works I can use and abuse it and it has no Bling unlike many other mods that wouldn't stand up to my abuses Thats why I drive a dodge :D
and no dodge has never given me any points program or discounts either

Hey now, I have two Provaris. That being said, there is a reason I have 2 Provaris, and 5 Reos, and wanting a 6th. :)
As for what Rob charges for Reos and accessories, considering the CS, and the quality of product, his prices ain't that bad.

Lets not get nasty folks . I am here to help and happy to do so . I am a simple guy and struggle to keep the machine rolling as it is without adding programs to my already stressful life . I wouldn't even no how to start a rewards program .

Phew I don't need another stupid card to carry in my wallet

Some folks just don't get it. If you've spent over 1 k on his mods why don't you have back ups. Why wait till you have to barrow one while your other two are at the Spa. Proper Prior Planning Prevents Piss Poor Performance, I didn't care for the way you talked about Rob either but gave the advice you were seeking and even gave you the part name. I didn't even get a like from you. I think you're a little on the ungrateful side. I shall leave this thread before I say things that I shouldn't. Even after this I hope you get everything straightened out and can get back to happy vaping. Good luck flexsr.

Quick sidetrack: how do you like a post via ECF mobile? I accidentally went full site yesterday from my phone and realized all the likes I've gotten from my short time spent in Reoville... Feel like a total schmuck not throwing one back from time to time.
Btw: I *like* this post :D

Nor should you feel the need to do so. Rewards programs are a joke. There are only so many cards in a deck. To think we're somehow getting something free because a retailer offers a "Rewards Program" is naive. It's all factored in so a merchant can make a profit. That's kind of a key deal when you're in business for yourself.

" Ah... It's a profit deal. Takes the pressure off".

I do use the one at my local grocer as I shop there all the time and I pay for the program already so I may as well use it

It is amazing to me how some people can run a Reo(s) for years and never have a single problem with it and others break or mess up every part on it within a couple of weeks! No offense to the OP but some people can bend a crowbar in a sandpile!

Lmao I have to remember this one! :p

Provari Green or Blue LED screen: $15 extra. Is there a blue and green LED shortage that I am unaware of?
Provape could literally put a color changing 2 digit LED screen in the their Provari's for the same price as a 1 color.
What labor is added to the process of putting a green or blue LED into their product rather than a red LED?

Provari Colored Paint: $20 extra. This is more understandable, considering it takes labor time to paint them.

Provari Extension Cap: $20 extra. No, this is not included in the $160-$180 price tag. Sorry.

Provape Black Delrin Drip Tip: $4.95 (LOL this one is just too funny) A 1 dollar drip tip anywhere else.

McDonalds has a similar approach, would you like fries with that?

I've heard (from general electronic hobbyists ) the green LEDs are more expensive for whatever reasons . Idk about that and no I have not researched it either.
