Anyone else find Mt Baker to be overly "perfumey"

I agree with some of MBV juices having a "chemically" note - although I am a big fan of Blue Moo and Coumarin Pipe. I really like "In the Clouds" juices....they have fast shipping (2 days for me), no weird aftertaste in their flavors, and are more complex than MBV, in my opinion. They are very reasonable ($3 per 10 ml). Only downsides are no tobacco flavors, and relatively small juice roster (maybe 12 juices)-In the Clouds | Vaping | Ejuice | Vape Juice

I haven't tried Mushroom's Strawberries and Cream - yet but I'm a fan of Mushroom Vapes juices. Usually have at least three tanks going at a time with Mushroom Vapes juices. I rotate my other two tanks with Nicoticket, Halo and The Vape Tree juices.

Mushroom vapes has a reasonably priced strawberries and cream, I personally have never tried it but a few people I know have raved about it.

I tried some MBV due to many people saying they were tasty. Wow, was I surprised. I ordered some Vanilla Tobacco and the only way to describe the taste is, well, like rubbing a deodorant stick on your tongue. It was the nastiest stuff I have ever encountered. It went into my pile of other nasty juices and I will revisit it after steeps for a year or two, or when my taste buds regenerate.

Sometimes when I read these "juice threads" I feel like I must live in an alternate universe. I've only used two brands of juice since I started vaping, a couple from the local vape shop when I first started, and all the juice I've ordered since then from Mt. Baker Vapor. I liked the ones from the vape shop, but they were pricey, and I discovered Mt. Baker pretty quickly.

I've liked everything I've ordered from MBV. Some more than others, but all have been pleasant, and certainly not something I would toss in the trash.

I love fragrance, and wear it every day. Never have I thought MBV juice is perfumey.

I've heard very few people say that; maybe perfumey is a bad description.
It basically, to me at least, tastes like vaping Lysol. I've been lucky enough to taste several different juices and MBV is the is the only
One so far that seams to share that characteristic among all of its flavors. -thankfully they've been the only one so far, also they are the only one at that price point which sucks since I'm trying to save money

As a flavor junkie I like MBV however I also find Lucky 7 Vapers flavors outstanding, particularly the PBC, Camel, and Peach flavors.

Perfumey is spot on. That was is my take on it. You may get lucky with Freedom Smoke USA. They are on the less expensive side and have a lot of customizable flavors. There is some hit or miss though.

There are some cats on another thread that have been racing about nicoticket; thinking that's gonna be the next vendor I'll try. I tried ordering from a few different online people this month and till I find that one good vendor I think ill have to stick to two experiments a month online and the rest stick with what I know - lol

Roger- really it bugs me big time- lol.
Same juice (flavor) from 4 different vendors- vanilla custard
Side by side they all tasted different and I get it
23 years in a kitchen I totally get everybody does everything different. What bothers me most is every juice I've gotten from MBV had that same perfumes undertone I've gotten 12 so far.
But I hate tasting something and not being able to finger what it is.....
Hoping i can at least do that I can avoid which brands use that same ingredient. It's like I hate licorice so I avoid things with licorice. I hate perfume unless it's on my girl then I love perfume hahaha

I've tried the ones you've said you liked and use most of them when I get something I wanna stretch just so I don't waste them. Right now I have blu bacco and USA blend in the steep box waiting to see if I can get that chem taste out. The blu bacco is especially strong for some reason.

if there is a slight taint to it, an overnight with lid off 100% cures it for me (with those)

like I said before, SOME just WON'T go away

I got one I've had > 1.5 months and after 5-10 days open still reeks
smells just like fingernail polish remover, free sample

Yeah I've got his ry4- usually my favorite flavor from anywhere; so when I ordered the first time from him I thought that would be my sure thing. OMG that was in feb- still smells and tastes like rubbing alcohol

Yeah I it took me up until last weak to even try someone else's ry4 and before MBV that was my all day vape. So happy to have an ADV again- just fill my kfun and go no need to carry juice bottles just a spare batt. That had to be the WORST attempted vape ever; and I've had some bad ones

The last Ry4 I ordered from them I put in the notes to add a tad of caramel and it totally rocked!
